Greetings. First of all thanks for providing such a powerful featured template that perfectly fits for the business need. Before purchasing your wood-mart template, i have some questions:
1. The Template consist of multiple demo sites, If i purchase this theme, will i get all these demo files of the template? 2. The theme contain woo-commerce demos as well, so i will be able to install and used any of these. right? 3. If i need some assistance in setting up woo-commerce payment section, can i get support from your team? 4. can i merge multiple woo-commerce template in to one template? 5. I can use two demos of your theme in my website under one domain? like the main pages will be like business website and the product page will take it to woo commerce website.

1. Yes, you will get all the demo versions you can see on our demo website. You can set up any of the versions after importing our dummy content.
2. Of course, you can use any of the available demos.
3. We provide support related to our theme. Payments configuration is a part of the WooCommerce plugin and not covered by our support, sorry.
4. Sure, you can combine sections from different demos and create your unique layout.
5. Yes, you can use them for subdomains if they are a part of one project.

Hello. In the products section, improvement is needed when infinite scroll is active. For example, when the products are loaded, when I scroll down, I refresh the page and the product alignment disappears. I have to start all over again. I am losing the product. This is a very frustrating situation for the customer. Can you improve or update on this? When the page is refreshed, the infinite scroll sequence should not disappear.
Also, when you open a product in the category section and return by pressing the back button, the queue disappears again.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to keep all the loaded products when you refresh the page. Products are loaded dynamically while you scroll the page only. Make sure that you have the latest version of our theme installed. It keeps the last page you’ve scrolled to when you return from the product page.

There is an error with the size guide If you assign a size guide to a category, but the product has two categories assigned, the size guide will not be displayed. It should be shown since that size guide is assigned to that category and that product has that category assigned even if there is another

Hi, i’ve activated the sidebar as mentioned in the official documentation and hided it from mobile activating the “show sidebar” button. If i visit the shop page i see products and then a big blank space. if i go to the top of the page and click on the button to show the sidebar, it appears but at the bottom of the product list. Is there a way to fix this issue?

Check if you have a correct URL set in Dashboard -> Settings -> General. It should start with HTTPS if you are using an SSL certificate on your website. Then go to Theme Settings and resave them. If it doesn’t help, please, provide us your admin access so we can check.

Hi. In Edit Product > Product Tab Options > Custom tab content in Visual or Text editor, is it possible to use WPBakery? I would like to have a different description for each product and maybe add some images here as well. I also noticed that if I add some text here and want to have a new sentence in a new line (hit enter) won’t take it to the new line. The editor also won’t take < br > All the content is inline. I need to use LIST to have each paragraph in a new line. Any suggestion to this? Should I install some additional Editor Tools? Thanks
