I can’t activate theme because get this message:
“You have activated your purchase code more than 3 times. You are allowed to do this for two domain only. Check all your activations on our website in your account section. You are able to deactivate some domains there.”
I use only 1 domain. It’s only fresh installation. But, it’s ok. I go to support website and try register account with my purchase code and get this message:
“Purchase code is already in use”.
Ok, I go to “lost password” and got this message:
“There is no user registered with that email address.”
Please help me

HI. My support plan has expired and I just need one little help. I need to show off canvas sidebar on mobile (dashboard > general layout > sidebar) but I don’t want it on desktop. Is there any possibility to hide it in desktop without effecting mobile. Disabling it also removes it from mobile ? Please help.
Edit: Got it by adding content width to 100% in css.

It contains main product page elements: images gallery, product title, price, add to cart, tabs etc. Of course, you can use all other standard elements to build your product page.

1. The Template consist of multiple demo sites, If i purchase this theme, will i get all these demo files of the template? 2. 1. Yes, you will get all the demo versions you can see on our demo website. You can set up any of the versions after importing our dummy content.
2. Of course, you can use any of the available demos.
3. We provide support related to our theme. Payments configuration is a part of the WooCommerce plugin and not covered by our support, sorry.
4. Sure, you can combine sections from different demos and create your unique layout.
5. Yes, you can use them for subdomains if they are a part of one project.

Hello. In the products section, improvement is needed when infinite scroll is active. For example, when the products are loaded, when I scroll down, I refresh the page and the product alignment disappears. I have to start all over again. I am losing the product. This is a very frustrating situation for the customer. Can you improve or update on this? When the page is refreshed, the infinite scroll sequence should not disappear.
Also, when you open a product in the category section and return by pressing the back button, the queue disappears again.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to keep all the loaded products when you refresh the page. Products are loaded dynamically while you scroll the page only. Make sure that you have the latest version of our theme installed. It keeps the last page you’ve scrolled to when you return from the product page.

There is an error with the size guide If you assign a size guide to a category, but the product has two categories assigned, the size guide will not be displayed. It should be shown since that size guide is assigned to that category and that product has that category assigned even if there is another

Hi, i’ve activated the sidebar as mentioned in the official documentation and hided it from mobile activating the “show sidebar” button. If i visit the shop page i see products and then a big blank space. if i go to the top of the page and click on the button to show the sidebar, it appears but at the bottom of the product list. Is there a way to fix this issue?
