That is an error from your hosting settings. You can manually install the required plugins from the theme’s folder > framework > plugins.

Hi, thanks for the last time i manually installed ‘em instead. but i am sorry i’ve issue with editing the footer. it says shift-click to edit in customizer but i can’t edit it when i do so.
Also i get this warning “Please activate your copy of the Ultimate Addons for WPBakery Page Builder to get update notifications, access to support features & other resources!” how do i activate that?

1. The footer cannot be edited in the customizer, there are just widgets and styling that you can edit in the theme options page.
2. You don’t need to activate it as it came bundled with the theme. You only need activation if you want to get support and updates from the plugin’s author.

i am using one the demo site and i don’t see any options to edit the texts in the footer and header of the demo site. i can change the style of the footer not the text. also tried looking for the html to change it directly but i cant find that either.

Hello, I’m trying to register for support but I get the message that my purchase code is not valid. My question is where do I put my logo for the site?, I found a place the maintenance logo, that is not what I need. If I go to the dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Site Identity this is only for the fav icon. So where do I go?

The logo is a default WordPress feature and it is not handled by the theme. You can change the logo in your dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Site Identity.

Don’t worry about that notification, it won’t affect the site in any way. Every time Woo makes a change in the version number it will appear. I always keep the files to the latest version but unless is an important update it will take a few days until it gets released.

I’ve already fixed the issue with the variations, but I had to add lines of code to functions.php.
About the other issue, I am using the “Select url” section in “Pricing table column settings”. Here I select manually the page that I want to use as link (it’s a product in this case). Also I’ve tried writing manually the url with http:// but it is still not working.
I don’t know how to show it to you, because the page is closed under construction with a plugin and I don’t want to open it yet…

Hi, I’ve noticed that the “style 4” of the “Pricing table column settings” is the only one that works with the links, so I’m using it for my web. Choosing the other styles, the link doesn’t work, so you know in case someone else has that problem in the future. Thanks and regards.
Hi, I am creating a product with variations on the shop, in oder to the client can choose one when buying the product, but then it can’t be seen the variation that is chosen in the cart.
