Hi! I emailed support@wossthemes.com but haven’t heard back from you. Here is my issue: When I upload my products they automatically go to the product page assigned by the theme. Everything looks good – style of buttons, colors, font etc. But I’m wanting to break up my products to multiple pages and when I choose ‘shop by category’ the font, color, and style of buttons change. How can I keep theme consistent since there is no way to really customize. My email has screen shots to show what the issue is. Let me know. Thanks!

Hello, I purchased the ArtDay theme. I having some issues with the look/styles staying consistent when editing the shop page. My products automatically go to the shop page set up by the theme and everything looks great – text, color, buttons, but if I try to edit and add shop by category in the editor the products show up fine but the text turns blue and the buttons look different. Is there is a way for me to send a screenshot of what I’m talking about I can do that so it makes more sense. Can you help me with this issue?

The Menu is not working on mobile devices anymore

Hi! The theme is great and I had no issue with until a few month ago when I started experiencing a critical issue on my website due to Slider Revolution. I kept changing PHP implementation that seemed do the trick, but today nothing helped so I had to deactivate all plugins via Win SCP and I am afraid to activate Slider Revolution in case it causes my website to go down again. Has there been any updates for it lately? Thank you

I’m having difficulty getting the demo content to import. All seems to have worked by uploading the XML file, but there’s no images. So the structure is there, but no slider image or product imagery.

I tried uploading the Sliders manually, but this too seems to have left me with blank looking sliders.

I’m not sure if tinkering with APPEARANCE/CUSTOMISE/HOMEPAGE SETTINGS has thrown something off?

I normally would go into this section and select Static Page and then choose my Front-page, trouble is, I’m not sure which on his the Front page.

Please could you advise.

Could you please add some WordPress actions / hooks, so the theme is easier to customise without needing to overwrite template files or template parts.

For example. I want to add custom HTML just before the “ws-journal-container” /”col-sm-12” and without an WordPress action hook there I need to copy and edit page.php, single.php, template-home.php, template-page.php archive.php etc. I hope you get it, without me summing up all template files.

For example, my client want me to inject the Yoast Breadcrumb on most of the pages, which is technically possible, but on a way not feasible. Because currently I would need to copy all the files from the parent theme to my child-theme, then with every update I have to check all the template files for adjustments. And that it super time consuming. While with some actions in the right places, the theme gets way more extensible.

I’m thinking about something like:

do_action(‘artday_before_content_container’);

do_action(‘artday_before_content_loop’);

do_action(‘artday_after_content_loop’);

do_action(‘artday_after_content_container’);

It happens when I clicked the post category menu on Journal (Post/Blog) page. Is there a way to fix the alignment/text size so it won’t cropped like that? Looking forward to hear from you.

I did that method and none of the images for any of the demo content loaded.. if I do it again it will duplicate things right? It was on a fresh install.

I just bought and activated the theme.. reading the documentation I do not see Appearance -> Import Demo Content

I do see the demo content XML file which I tried to import going under Artday -> Import/Export

What am I missing? The option is not available.. all plugins/theme installed activated.
