Sorry to say, but I think your documentation is terrible. Documentation is what will give me a good view to understand what I am buying and the best setup. From the documentation, its obvious that everyone will be running to support each time because the documentation is not giving a clear view to navigation.
Documentation doesn’t have a simple step-by-step guide on things to do and how to do them. Honestly, the person that documented that doesn’t deserve pay. Look at how lovely a theme it was, but no good documentation to understand the theme. So terrible.

The theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress. The theme comes with the demo import option where you can import the pages and layouts that you see on our demo website and modify them to your needs. You can also create new pages with your own custom layout. The theme uses WPBakery, and you can use that plugin to edit the pages.

Ok, thank you. But the video Tutorial is all about Bridge while this theme is Synergia.
And from your article, I understand that updating this theme the way you instructed is totally replacing the folder, which will override everything that was initially configured or set.
We don’t have a video tutorial for Synergia theme specifically, however, there is documentation and tutorial in our Knowledge Base.

Theme update won’t affect the changes made on the site. The content of site and options are stored in the database, not within theme files.

For “Vertical Split Slider” shortcode there are options to set background color or background image for Slide Content Item. Unfortunately, there is no option to set video background.

Hello, I have purchased this theme almost 7 days back. I have faced so many issues while installing the theme, Importing the demo data etc. Sometime few plugins irritated me now I am unable to edit the pages from dashboard.
