Presales question: Your theme looks ideal for our client’s WCAG website, but during a routine check, we noticed some errors appearing on the Nu Html Checker on products with attributes. The attributes of the product are not acceptable to pass on the NU Checekr tests. Can you overcome this with support? Please let us know as we are planning to buy bulk licenses from you.

Thank you very much for letting me know about these errors.
I have checked the product pages, and really there were several errors and warnings in an HTML validator. I was able to fix a few of them (fixes will be included in the next version of the theme and associated plugin), but unfortunately, most of them are part of the WooCommerce plugin (quantity input issues), so it’s not possible to fix them from the theme’s perspective. We have to hope that the plugin authors will fix them in the future.

Pre-Sale question: Hello I was testing the lightbox for accessibility and I noticed that it does something unexpected. When using the keyboard only (tab key), the focus is not trapped in just the lightbox. The tab focus goes to the background UI and on through all of the page elements behind the lightbox. Also, when you close the lightbox, the focus is supposed to be returned to the control which opened it. I was wondering if this is something you were intending on addressing. The theme has alot of otherwise great accessibility, but I would have to use a different accessible modal lightbox (non Wordpress) and somehow make it work with the theme. I have a few.
Hello. Thank you for sharing your explorations. I tested the lightbox functionality, and you’re right. I’ll try to take a closer look at it, but what I know, the current version of the lightbox doesn’t support returning focus to the clicked image. But shortly should come the new version of that lightbox script that can do this and which we will implement immediately when will be ready as stable. Best regards. Pavel
Pre-Sale question: I have never used Beaver Builder but I have read that Dox works perfectly with Beaver Builder. Do I install the builder plug in first and then I install your amazing looking theme (with all the template pages) and then I can go into all the pages I want to use and adjust the content using the builder?
Hello. The theme has no dependency on page builder plugins, but you can use it to manage the content of pages. The best way is to install the theme, import the demo by your preferences, and then install the plugins you need to use. I hope it helps.
i have one problem with the theme/woocommerce in google chrome mobile version you cant click on checkout button. take a look on the image https://ibb.co/0yMsFWL. the clickable area is the area in the read frame. if you try to click under the red frame or on the button text the button doesnt work.. how i can solve this problem? you can check my websites mydress.gr or angiolina.gr they have the same problem only in google chrome mobile version
Hello. I checked your site, and it seems the decorative border overlaps the checkout button. You can fix it by adding the following CSS into the Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS>
.fy-border { pointer-events: none; }
I will fix this also in the next version of the theme.

Hello. The class “fy-widget-footer” isn’t defined on the “back to top” button but in a “Call to Action” widget. On which page you get the error regarding this?
Thanks for your replay. The problem is in the 1st page in Bottom Left. i disable Call to Action. But now i have another problem in checker said “A link contains no text” code “” is there an option to disable back to top buton? the other problem is in main menu Very low contrast between text and background colors.

That is great. Yes, the site width is now limited to 1920px due to the lower quality of images on the larger screens. But you can add the following line to the “Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS” to get rid of the limitation:

Hello. Thanks for your interest. The theme doesn’t use page builder plugins and is dependency-free. If you find any serious problems, a refund is of course possible. Please note that using the third-party page builder plugin can cause accessibility issues.
Hi! Great looking theme! Pre-sales question: looking for a WCAG compliant theme, tested demos and seeing a several contrast errors but nothing else too major; how do you test compliance on your side? Hello. Thanks, I’m glad you like it. Yes, the contrast issues of some demos in some of the WCAG/ADA testing tools are just a compromise between design and accessibility, and these issues are easily resolvable by changing the theme colors. We are using multiple tools to test the accessibility. I’m always recommending not to use the page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, etc., where the resulting code of the page isn’t under full control, especially in the case of accessibility. The theme works well with the WordPress native editor Gutenberg. Best regards.

Is it possible to translate with WPML the Appearance > Dox – Child > ABOUT section (home page content). All is OK in the first language but how do we get this translated?

Hello. The mentioned text you can change/remove on the “Appearance > Customize > Dox > Bar > Custom Text”, but there is allowed only the simple text.
Hello, i went through the demos , specifically the shop demo, and i can’t find the “product filters” and how they look on mobile.(eg is it just a sidebar or it can float at the top or as a button) most important for mobile users.

You can add the playlist for albums easily by selecting tracks (https://i.imgur.com/qgZW5kc.jpg – https://dox.forqy.website/music/album/its-only-rock-n-roll/) or playlist ca be added using shortcode ([playlist ids=”1,2,3,4,5”]) anywhere. Spotify and SoundCloud playlists are also supported. This applies to both themes.

Where are the FILES of the plugin!! I cant find them anywhere. In documentation the is no link to download the plugin to reupload it on my website. On wordpress archive when searching FORQY there are no results!

Hello. The files of the plugin are always extracted to “wp-content/plugins” after installation on “Appearance > Install Plugins”. The plugin is included with the theme and isn’t available within the WordPress plugin repository.

Main language file “dox.pot” is located in a “languages” folder in the main theme folder. To translate the theme, follow these basic steps:
