2. If you want to use subscription, you have to use plugin WooCommerce Subscription

Yes, it’s possible. You can deactivate plugin “WP RealEstate – WooCommerce Paid Listings”
Or you can go to Admin Panel > Products to remove all products (Product Data=> Property Package)

He can only buy other package to use. Or Admin can go to Admin Panel > Properties > User Package to edit that package manually
