I see that the latest built-in widget filter is not working perfectly on mobile, as if I enable with AJAX, the alignment of dropdown attributes filter is gone wrong when the other attributes disappear. Is this a bug???

and I have a problem with the /cart/ page, where the primary menu and the page menu (cart, wishlist, order tracing) are conflicting (one on top of the other) is there an easy solution to move primary menu on the top of the page like in the demo? I don’t have any customization so far.

Unfortunately, this theme has no option to change the mobile header layout. You can change the header icon only.

It’s really very useful as users view sites from mobile and almost all mobile sites now have menu, cart, search and whislist icons.
We totally agree with you. We have a plan to update the mobile version for this theme too. We’re trying to improve the mobile experience over updates. And the mobile header is an important part of it.
There is a problem with revolution slider and demo content. When I try to import only the sliders nothing happens. It loads and downloads thousands of images and then nothing appears in revslider. Either the plugin is not functioning correctly or the sliders are missing.

Is there no way to make product long descriptions left align need to add a way to toggle the justify for short and long descriptions separately. Two switches for both sections. So can have long description left align and still be able to justify center for short descriptions.

Yes, this theme has an option for opening the shopping cart after you click on the “Add to cart” button. This is the option “Ajax open Cart Modal” in Customize > Shop > General.

Hi, I am looking for a woocommerce theme that has a filter that filters by stock. I am currently using a theme from woodmart: https://www.babyceremony.sk/product-category/chlapec-2/ Which has a filter that does not filter by stock: As you can see in the video I filtered the shirt size “92” I marked it in stock but the filtered product was no longer in stock size 92

I am having trouble finding the exact correct size for the banner grids. From what I understood, the grid alignment depends on the sizes of the banner images. Check out what I’ve been working at with colored images so I can understand:

Thank you for your feedback. As you can see, the banner grid images are cropped automatically to fit the the grid. However, it can’t be fit perfectly on some screen sizes. We’re working on grid elements to improve them. At this time, you just need to use upload large images and they will be cropped automatically for you.
I have also question, is it possible instead of Soo wishlist plugin to use another plugin and working fine ? Is any alternative plugin of this ?

Yes, you can use the Yith Wishlist plugin. It is supported by the theme too. However, the Soo Wishlist is optimized for this theme, so we think you should use this plugin for the best compabilities.

Hello, i am using sober theme and first think for this amazing theme. Thank you very much for your feedback. Actually, just a few themes are listed on the WPML website. It’s not because other themes are not ready for WPML, just because we don’t know how to be listed there. Recently, we got the instruction from them to join this list. However, we’re still working with them to complete this process.
However, this theme is already fully compatible with WPML. Many other people are using our theme with WPML too and having no problems. You can also check other themes on ThemeForest, most of the themes are ready for WPML, but they are not listed on the WPML website either.

I’m having problems opening product images in lightbox. When click, it opens 2 lightboxs… If you disable the lightbox, it only opens 1 time but it doesn’t allow you to navigate between the images.

Thank you for your feedback. Yes, you can edit the template of the add-to-cart button to remove the icon. And don’t forget to use a child theme. You will lose your modifications during updates if you modified the parent theme directly.

Did you use the correct license? Please note one license can be use on one website only. Envato has 2 different license types, regular and extended. You need 2 regular licenses or 1 extended license if you want to install and update the theme on both site.

However, after removing, the page redirects to another page (maybe homepage or product page) and there is a query string ( /?removal_item=1) at the end of the URL. I often experience this problem. It seems to be a problem from a plugin on your website. We’ve never seen it before. Please try to deactivate plugins one by one to test the problem. If you are using a child theme, you should switch to the parent theme too, to test if this is a problem from the child theme.
