We all have problems with the filter and the sliders, I was sending them emails with a test video but they don’t respond to me. They aren’t aware that this is part of our job. Give solutions I’m emailing you every day or requesting a refund.

data-filter is not properly functioning as missing “project_cat” prefix on filters… That makes filters to don’t work, support doesn’t answer or if it does they ask for login credential (which is absurd for me). Please if anyone resolved this issue and could help I appreciate it a lot!

Hi i have just bought the theme and i have few problems i am noting down please look into this asap

1. I am not able to change the logo from the home page the changes are seen on other pages only

2. at Footer why its appearing (Theme Design by GradaStudio) if i have purchased the theme

3. Home button click does not work

4. Logo file is removed and text is inserted but still its not appearing

Hello, we are trying to create a portfolio on a page and the filters have some kind of conflict that they do not load correctly.

I sent a support request but didn’t receive any reply yet. The carousel on the architecture-studio page is not working properly. The images are hidden on page load and become visible only when we manually scroll through the carousel.

Also, when are reach at the last image then it jumps back to the first one without any smooth transitioning. It makes the carousel unusable.

I have reached out to your support but still haven’t heard back after 4 days so I’m writing here in hopes of getting a response. I have created custom headers and they are all in my templates in the “saved templates” section. However, when I go to select any of these custom templates from the individual page edit dropdown, none of them are available in the dropdown, nor do they show up when I search. How do I either get all “saved templates” as options in the page dropdown or move the template from “saved templates” to the “header” tab so they are available to use on the pages? Thank you.

Hace más de una semana compré este tema o plantilla para mi página web, sin embargo tuve algunos problemas como:

1. Debido a que el pie de página esta muy pegado, cuando se desplaza hacia la parte superior, parte del pie de página se muestra en el encabezado (captura de pantalla aquí:https://pasteboard.co/ti1dhru0j1l3.png)

2. Cuando habilitamos el mega menú, el ancho es demasiado grande

3. El filtro de portafolio no funciona, solo funciona el filtro “Mostrar todo” y otras consultas de filtro no funcionan. Cuando hace clic en cualquier consulta de filtro, todos los elementos de portafolio desaparecen.

4. ¿Cómo agregar el portafolio relacionadas en cada página de artículo del portafolio?

Espero me puedan ayudar lo mas pronto posible, ya que necesito avanzar con este trabajo.

We bought the Theme but the Portfolio Layout “Isotope” with Type “Metro” just wont work.

Also the portfolio filters does not work. For Example: The Data-Filter looks like data-filter=”.einfamilienhaus” but the class on the portfolio item looks like “project_cat-einfamilienhaus”. This clearly cannot work.

Any Ideas what the problem is?

Hi! I’m having issues with the Portfolio Masonry module. Whenever “All” categories are selected, everything shows correctly, but whenever I click and filter by any category, they all disappear! Do you know what could be going wrong?
