Hello… I just purchased this theme but had a couple of questions. I run an by invitation only club and wanted to know if this design could support that? Meaning I don’t want just anyone to have the ability to join…so is it also possible to give a password to access so that someone would then have the access to sign up?

The theme doesn’t have this feature, but you have many options:
- WordPress has a default option to password protect pages (may not work with the the registeration page though)
- htaccess restrict your registration page
- There’s plenty of plugins out there that will offer this

That’s strange. I have no issue accessing the documentation on any device and nobody else is reporting this issue. Try viewing the page in an incognito/private browser page. Does this work?
Very strange indeed. Only managed to load once which I followed the instruction for the installation. After that when I want to follow the steps to activate auto update, the documentation site failed to load again. Possible to convert to PDF version?
What do you see when the page doesn’t load? Do you receive an error message? Does the page just keep loading? Check the error console – do you get an error?
I’ve never converted anything to PDF so I’m not sure. I’d rather get the site working for you.

Why can’t you answer my question(s)?
There are three main reasons for this:
1) If I answer your question(s), that means I need to answer every customer’s question who doesn’t have a support license. Suddenly I’m answering tons of questions outside of the ticket site for customers with expired licenses.
2) It’s not fair on all the customers that have renewed their support license for similar question(s).
3) If I answer one question, it usually turns into a few more follow questions, until I’m answering a lot of questions.

This is not fair on other customers who renewed their support for the same type of questions. Also this is not even technically a support question, it’s a modification question.

1) I’m not sure what you mean by non-provider.
2) You can hide content depending on the membership level, but it depends how this information is generated.

Okay so for example, I want to make a community wherein I want to connect people with professionals that they prefer. For example, an individual is looking for an architect, so once they go to the site, they cannot exactly see information of the architect until they become a member. All the contents will only be available once they are registered.
As for the professionals, they also need to be a member in order to put their information on the site.
So once you register, there will be 2 options which is non-professional and professional (both with different membership payments)
Once you register as a professional, you will be able to put all the information you want easily on the website (like skills, profession, and other stuff)
Once you register as a non-professional, you will be able to see all the contents of the professional once you become a member.

This is possible with the theme, in combination with the Paid Membership Pro, BuddyPress and PMPro BuddyPress Addon plugins and BuddyPress Member Types plugin.

With these plugins and the theme you can achieve what you’re looking for without customisation. However the plugins are key here.

All of these plugins are free except for BuddyPress Members Type. You can see the prices on their website.
As in customised to have these features without using the plugins? This is not something I would be able to do, it would be a massive project and cost thousands.

Unfortunately I cannot issue refunds if third party plugins do not have the features you need as this does not relate to the theme.
Since most of these plugins are free I would suggest trying them out with the default WordPress theme so see if they have the features they need. I would also suggest contacting the plugins developers to confirm these features.

Hello, I have a couple of questions, I looking to build a real estate community of buyers, sellers, cleaners, and more. I need these people to have there own login for there respective field. So for example if a cleaner logs in they would see something different from a seller. Can your platform accomplish this?
I also see a public group in the theme, can I force a login to access the group? Also when someone makes a post how does everyone in the group get notified? Is there a way to notify everyone by mobile phone like FaceBook?
Also is it possible for you to create an app version of this site and sell it to me?

You can set up different homepages for different membership levels if you’re using the Paid Membership Pro plugin.
You can restrict access to all groups using the Paid Membership Pro plugin, so only users with a specific level can access it. There’s no option to force login for a specific group though. Not without customising the theme.
Groups and notifications are all part of the the BuddyPress plugin. I would suggest testing BuddyPress on your current site to see if it meets your needs – it’s free. When a new group post is made the user is notified via their profile notification section and they’ll see a notification counter in the header on any page.
It’s possible to create an app version, but there isn’t one and there’s no plans to sell one currently.

Is it possible you could point me in the right direction to try to get an app built for your theme? I thought there was a custom option to hire GhostPool for such a task but I may have been wrong.

Could you make a Patreon-like platform with your membership capabilities? I see membership functionality for a site admin, but would users be able to set up their own membership tiers on your site? This would create many membership options as each user would be able to set up their own specific membership(s).
I feel like you know where I’m going but an example for clarity: i.e. Main site is free to use, so site admin isn’t necessarily controlling and memberships. The individual users are creating their own membership communities that they themselves are controlling.

Membership payment/subscription functionality is added by the free Paid Membership Pro plugin. This plugin doesn’t offer Patreon style features so the answer is no unfortunately. You’ll need to find another plugin that adds this functionality.
Hello I’m messing around with the demo and having trouble embedding things like instagram and other things. Also it seems iframe embeds don’t work either, which I understand could be a security issue? Is there a way around this? I’d like to be able to allow people to share their other social media posts and songs since I’ll be building a producer/musician community.

Instagram cannot be embedded in any WordPress themes in this way due to changes in Instagram policies: https://wordpress.org/support/article/instagram-embed/
BuddyPress does not allow iframe embeds.

Just updated to latest version plugin as asked. And its lost my layout of all 4 columns / its defaulted to 3 now regardless of how many items i tell it to display. Messed up all my homepage so will have to do a full restore now. Let me know why please and if this means i can no longer update the site?
