I need to put more than 1 widget in each footer column, how to do that?
For SEO reasons I need the URLs to change to my language, for example:

Which post type were you referring to? Were you referring the url for page, post, or one of our built-int custom post type?
If it was for one of our built-in post type, you’ll need to make a simple change to the code in the Hospitalplus Plugin file.

We don’t have any option to create columns in footer. If what you meant was adding widget to footer, you can simply add it from Appearance > Widgets and assign the widgets to Footer area.

if i chose doctor template to create a new menu the if menu is named hospital it show the same data with in it as what is there there for doctor page.Doctor :- The template we need a replica of the doctor template which we can user it as hospital.

yes… we have already imported it…. can you let us know the working procedure of the Check Schedules and Book Appointment forms in home page.
The Book Appointment form works with a plugin named Contact Form 7, the form will send an email to admin after a patient fulfills the Book Appointment form.
That’s why you need to set up SMTP first to make the form works perfectly.
how to set SMTP for contact form 7… we are not getting SMTP option in our contact form 7 plugin…kindly help us with the full procedure steps…
You need to set up SMTP on your server (not only on Contact Form 7).
The issue that you asked for basically, it’s about your hosting/server not about the theme.
So I suggest you open a ticket in your hosting provider and ask them to assist you with “how to setup SMTP or mail in WordPress”.

Which PHP version did you use ?
You can try to update all of the plugins and themes, then try accessing your website again. If the issue still persist, try to disable all plugins except those plugins that included with our theme.
Php 7.4. I updated the plugins but the same problem. When i deactivate the Advanced Custom Fields plugin. The + logo removed but some data also removed. On the other hand , Slider Revolution is not updating and activating. It is showing error update failed. Can you take a look on it,

The best solution I think is open a ticket in your hosting provider and ask them what happen in the server side. The issue is not in the theme or plugins.
