Olá. When i receive a booking email for a tour it does not show all the fields, such as name, phone number, in short how can i configure the booking email because the fields on the form are not the same as the email we received, there are missing fields. Can you help me?

Booking email can be edited only through theme files. It is necessary to edit sendAdminConfirmationEmail function in booking-handler.php file located on this path \wp-content\plugins\select-tours\post-types\tours\lib\booking-handler.php
All of the bookings will also be listed in Select Tour > Bookings (please see screenshot).

Hi, Thanks for your reply But I do not see the logic of this form, should be who made the reservation received a complete email form and the administrator received another email complete with all the information. I also don’t think it should be up to the buyer to make code adjustments. this major bug should have already been detected and rectified in an update. If possible send me all the steps to receive a full email of a reservation made in the form.
In relation to send to a ticktet just tried it now that I returned to work on the theme, so I can no longer send because it expired.

We are sorry that you feel this way, however this is not a bug. The mail is configured by sendAdminConfirmationEmail function in booking-handler.php file located on this path \wp-content\plugins\select-tours\post-types\tours\lib\booking-handler.php and it works correctly. In case you wish to edit it to suit your needs more you would need to modify this function. Please understand that non-standard theme modification and custom coding are not included in theme support, but, we will forward this to our dev team to be considered to be added in one of the future updates.

Great theme! I’m looking for a travel agent site for group bookings with an online app. I’m looking for a theme with the following functionality:
website visitor to book the event or travel package online for a group booking ie hens or bucks holidays, football trips etc etc.
The main person organizing might request a package for 10-30 people. Once the booking has been placed the travel agent can set up an itinerary for the group package and various add ons that a client may request ie mini golf, ocean cruise etc. Upon entering each email address for each person attending and the travel agent has added all extras to the booking each person will be sent an invoice for their amount of the trip with the ability for them to view itenary and pay for their % in the booking. is this possible with your theme?

Setting it up a tour in the backend is fine for the travel agent as not every holiday is the same and can be quite custom depending on what the client wants booked. I need something that will give the option or ability for travelers to split payments with their fellow travelers? Even if website admin sets this package up in the backend after adding relevant info to the tour booking? Is this achievable?

You can check single tour item in this link. For more detailed overview of theme’s options please check the documentation in this link. Description of the tour item can be edited with WPBakery page builder as shown in screenshot, and you can add more shortcodes to modify tour description to suit your needs.
Booking form has fields for number of tickets and a message field where additional info can be added (like emails of tour participants). Alternatively, if the theme’s booking form doesn’t suit your needs, you can create your custom contact form with Contact Form 7 plugin which is compatible with the theme and add it in tour description using WPBakery page builder. Bookings made with our booking form will be listed in Select Tour > Booking as shown in screenshot. The checkout process is not integrated with WooCommerce. There is a possibility for PayPal payment (please see screenshot), however this needs to be done by the user who made the reservation.

We didn’t include the compatibility with WordPress 5.8 and WooCommerce 5.7.1 just yet and we are working on adding compatibility for those versions as well. It would be best to wait until we release an official update, but you can also try using Classic Widgets plugin as a temporary solution if you run into issues with widgets on the latest WordPress version.
Theme is compatible with PHP 8.

This could be caused by some third party plugin. Please deactivate all your third party plugins except bundled plugins ( BSelect Core, Select Tours, Select Membership, WPBakery Page Builder, Slider Revolution…) clear browser cache and check the page. If the issue disappears, activate your plugins one by one and try to find the plugin that causes the issue.

It will open the jQuery Migrate settings. Here in jQuery Version option just change to Legacy jQuery version and click save settings button.

Error: cURL error 6: Could not resolve host and The loopback request to your site failed, this means features relying on them are not currently working as expected. Everything is updated and I updated Wordpress to 5.5 cause your changelog list support for Wordpress 5.5. Now I don’t have wpbakery when editing, those two errors I listed before are still here but now I also have A PHP session was created by a session_start() function call. This interferes with REST API and loopback requests. The session should be closed by session_write_close() before making any HTTP requests.
