Hello, I put an Explore Listings element towards the middle of my homepage. On mobile load, the homepage automatically scrolls down to explore element. However, I want the homepage to always load the top of page (even mobile) and not scroll down. How can I fix that for mobile view?

The explore widget is used to show results of a search. For that reason there is auto scroll as the user would be left confused when performing a search and not seeing any results or not knowing they have to scroll to find the results area.

You can disable “Compose” feature in theme tools > direct messages. That way, only listing owners can be messaged through the listings they post

Is a tooltip in the labels of the Listing Types possible? This to use shorter Label words in the search form, but displaying larger text when hovering on the search label.

1. You can create a page for California and design it with elementor the way you want. Then choose that as custom landing page for California region in wp-admin > listings > regions > edit region > custom landing page
2. We are not providing custom work currently
Here found this information: “Promoted listings have the highest priority, then Featured listings”. 1. So promoted listings are always on the top, also in search and have gold colored badge. Correct? 2. And featured listings have blue colored badge.
So now visitor will see blue and gold colored badges. Via color no visitor will understand: gold is higher then blue. 
Second question: We can have bordered listing instead blue colored badge? So promoted listings will be always on the top with gold badge and featured listings have colored border and are not alwys on the top.
This is how 99,99% of other directory websites work. Just change color of badge will have no effect and benefit for understanding for visitor.
Third question: We can sell option like: 10 days startpage listing? So if user purchase this package his listing will be shown for 10 days on startpage. After 10 days the option will removed automatic. Is that possible?

1. Yes, on related searches they appear on top. A car listing won’t appear on top of real estate listings for example.
2. Priority 1 has blue badge and label “Featured”. Priority 2 or higher has gold badge and label “Promoted”.

3. You build the start page, if you want to add a listing feed made of listings of certain priority level, you can.

If you want to display listings of a certain priority level on homepage, you can do that.

As for the question, try increasing the z-index of your custom header https://elementor.com/help/how-to-use-z-index-in-elementor/Maybe the translation has misled you, my support license is valid! I want to thank you for the index tip on elementor, it works well for the menu but not for the footer, the trick was for the mobile responsive to place the elementor separator widget between the end of the map and the footer, if that helps anyone else.

We have found some general information about paid listing options. But we have some detailes questions:
1. Is it possible to set colored badge with wording “highlight” for listings who have extra paid option “Highlight”? 2. Is it possible to show listings always on the top in search and category if the option “TOP” is paid? 3. Is it possible to show listings on startpage if the option “startpage” is paid for the listing? 4. Is your theme compatible with germanized? This is absolute must have in europe to have correct tax shown in invoices for europe customer! We do not find any information about that facts. This are basics for most of all directory themes. What about yours?

1. The badge can say “Featured” or “Promoted”. You can rename these titles with loco translate if you choose
2. On top of the related searches yes.
3. If there is a promoted package for that and the listing is promoted, then you can add a listing feed on homepage and filter by that promotion priority
4. We are using Woocommerce plugin for all transactions. There are also plugins like this suitable for Europe which you can use https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-germanized/That sounds good.
1. And we can define package/option like: “Promoted for 5 days” (cost 1 euro) and “Promoted for 31 days” (cost +10 Euro)? So user can select his option and purchase the amount for his selcted option.
2. We can also define period of time for top listing? So user can purchase “top listing for 5 days” (cost 1 euro) and “top listing for 10 days” (cost 31 euro).
So in total: we need to define extra cost for every option and user can select period of time for his option/plan. The listing will be not deleted after that time, correct? Only the booked options will be removed.

3. Promotion packages are used to promote listings only, they don’t affect listing expiry date. Not to be confused with listing packages which are used to post listings and can assign the expiry date of the listings themselves https://docs.mylistingtheme.com/article/paid-listings-and-creating-listing-packages/I have 9 licenses.
