On my site https://cesar.team, I installed your theme on July 8, 2021 and activated the license key.

Today, I go back to the site and it asks me to activate the license key again even though I had already done so. I entered the license key and I get the message “You already have activated this license key on another domain, please deactivate it and try again. Learn more [VA304]”. I did not enter the license key on another site so I don’t understand. Can you please help me?

Hello, I have a problem with your theme. I can’t install and activate your plugin ” Phlox Core Elements ”. I was trying to update my plugins, but i had a error message when i opened the plugin page. So I desactivated all my plugin, and since that, i can’t activate Phlox Core Elements anymore.

Editing phone & email on the electronic shop theme was hideous. We have to guess where the phone and email could be written and then it shows the editing box in elementor. Because the Elementor editor shows just blank in the place of email and phone. Please fix it . I wasted huge amount of time figuring out what I am doing wrong.

We pay for themes to take a shortcut, please keep it simple and visible for edits.

That should have not happened, but we are investigating this issue and also appling necessary changes. this will be fixed in future updates.

I’m having a nightmare trying to create an account for your support site, all I’m trying to do is change the license over to an updated domain. If I try and login by Envato your site gives me a 500 Internal Server error, If I try by google I’m getting a 400 auth error. I’ve also tried to create an account with 2 seperate emails, I’ve had multiple confirm your account emails but every time I click the link I get an error saying the link is invalid or expired.

How can I register please this is a bit of a pain

Dear Karibuni, I have checked your ticket and you just have 1 ticket, and the issue was for block ip from your server which we explained to you and you did not follow that and said you are not happy with theme. Hi! I was trying to do a pre-sale test with your free demo “Creative Corporate” and the demo doesn’t work well after import. There’s no images displayed on any page or in the library despite media import doesn’t show any error and the pages especially “Home” are broken and doesn’t show the styles and layout properly. How can I solve this? I really liked the template and was interested in trying it before buying.

I contacted supporyt with a ticket. Not even ONE issue has been addressed or solved by you.

You did not even bother to login to the website.

This is really outrageous, worst service ever.

Please login and help FIXING the errors and bugs that happened after your theme update.

You think offering me a refund will make me happy ? it’s clear you just want the bad review to disappear, very poor client service and tricks here.

I put countless hours in that website, why would I want a refund… Just help me fixing this by ACTUALLY giving support, and diving in the code.

The vague responses here are just frustrating and show that you are unwilling to help.

I fixed it myself mostly. However there are still bugs.

Out of respect ( I do not want to put bad advertizements for your theme ) I have changed my review from 1 star to 4 stars on Themeforest.

To be honest, for support I would still give one star. No solutions were offered.

For example : you have blocks, in which there are “modern headings”. Just try yourself to change the “hover” effects of the text/title with Elementor: it just does NOT work ( as many other things, which need to be custom corrected by css as Elementor Pro does not work well with the theme ). You should really check this out…
