My question is the same as above—I still can’t get the icons to show up in Chrome. I’ve tried deleting the cache, and a variety of other things to try to make it work. Let me know if you have any suggestions.

Logo size problem and support problem. I read all the comments however i did not found a way to resize the logo. I see on comment section that others who have the same problem contact you on: support@schiocco.com (you posted this adress). I contacted you on Oct.12.2021 and I did not receive any answer today is 05.01.2022. So, we have two problems, first how can I change logo size, second I pay for customer service and customer service is not working so I guess you get your money back if you don’t provide a service? Now I use extended customer support which I also pay so we will see what will be.

Hi Schiocco, I’d like to edit a header picture for the mobile version, because the header in the mobile version don’t show the whole motive and the half motive is cutt off.
Is there a way to edit the mobile version or zoom the picture out?

Your hosting may have some incompatibility, PHP Version (max 7.2), some of the causes can be: insufficient resources, folder permission limitation, modules not installed like the zip one. Please insert the demo.zip at http://themes.framework-y.com/demo-import/lightwire/demo.zip as from instructions of Theme options > Demo import > Problems?
If still don’t work below the manual installation instructions. If still don’t work I can install it for you with also the original demo images for 15USD, the final result will be exactly like the preview.
MANUAL INSTALLATION
DEMO IMPORT
1) Activate the theme.
2) Go to Tools > Import > Wordpress.
3) Install the Wordpress importer and launch it.
4) Select the files demo-all-contents.xml ( 1-2 … 8 ), in the correct order and click Upload file and import for each one.
5) Will appear the “Assign Authors” form, select “assign posts to an existing user: admin” (or your main user).
6) Select “Download and import file attachments”.
7) Wait up to 5 minutes, when importing complete you will receive a success message.
LISTS – POST-TYPES
1) Select the file demo-list-name.xml(ex.demo-list-1.xml) and click Upload file and import.

THEME SETTINGS
1) Go to Apparence > Theme options > Customizations.
2) Open the file export.json with a text editor, copy all text and paste it into
“Apparence > Theme options > customizations > Import settings” area and click “Import now”.
REVOLUTION SLIDER
1) Install and activate the Slider Revolution plugin.
2) Go to Slider Revolution page and click Import.
3) Select the revolution slider demos you want to use and import it.
ASSIGN THE MENU
1) Go to Appearence > Menu.
2) Click on top tab “Manage locations” and assign the following menus: Header
Menu: main menu, Footer menu: footer menu, Top mini menu: top menu. Note that footer and top menus can not be inserted in every demo.
3) If you not see CSS Classes field go to top right button SCREEN OPTIONS and select it.
4) For icons menu you must select the icon manually.
5) For fullpage menu you must reset all the links.

Using WP 5.8.1 and every time a page is published, the refreshed page loads the default page editor and as soon as you switch from default to composer it deletes all elements/code. WHY?!
and when Gutenberg is disabled it will load the classic editor, but when you select composer it removes the “box” to edit the page?

Hi, I have been setting up my site using lightwire. I am having problems setting up the projects page. I have created categories (Projects/Categories), I have also created some projects via the project post type (Projects/Projects).
My challenges are 2:
Firstly, the project categories menu on the projects page (project two) doesn’t show the new categories I created (so I only have the original five listed “All, Financial, Construction etc) even though I have added new categories, and tagged some project posts with the new categories
Secondly, I can’t find a widget that controls the pictures for the projects. I have sifted through all the project related pages, but cannot find a widget to hold the project pictures.
Pls assist.

1. You have a cache that prevent the update or there is something else (no project assigned to categories). If the demo ones are showed, make sure to make them the same (check the demo categories and check the differences).

1. I have set the categories of some new projects to be the same as the demos but they still don’t show up. The new pages just do not show up. My only option (work around really) is to edit the existing demo projects and use them
2. How do I display the pictures/thumbs for the project on the projects (listing) page? I thought if I set the featured image on the project page, it would be used when displaying the projects listing, but that is not the case
