Buenas tardes! Es la primera vez que voy a comprar una plantilla y mis dudas son:
1- todos los textos y nombres de los campos (filtros, formularios y otros ) se pueden pasar al español?, la persona que subirá los inmuebles no sabe nada de inglés. 2- Si un agente quiere subir sus propiedades se hace desde un login y le aparecen todos los campos a rellenar?, o inserta sus propiedades directamente desde wordpress?

Hello, excellent work, but I have a few questions: 1. Does the theme allow users as agents to post their own listings/houses/apartments?
2. Can I add another calculator, where it helps to calculate the insurance?
3. On the login page, can you block registration as an agent, and only that type of user can be added from the wordpress panel?
4. Does the agent have a wallet?
5. For each appointment, can the agent be charged a fee or x amount of money from the wallet?
6. Do you have a chat system within the topic, where you allow the client and the agent to chat?
7. Can post types be added, for example: house, apartment, land, building, office, industry?
8. Do you have 360 virtual tour? And if so, what is the procedure to add the 360 tour, is it by embed, or is it added directly from the website?

1. Is it possible to limit the number of FEATURED Listings in the subscription plans? Because exploring your demo right now, all the paid subscribers listings will all be Featured, which is really not what a site owner wants. I hope you can find the time to adjust this.
2. Is there any plan to add a CRM feature (like in Houzez theme)? This is really important to have in a real estate website. Just add a feature where user can add their contact or leads lists, then also add Deals where they can tag their properties and contact list there, at the same time change the status of the deal.
Kindly advise about these 2 points if they are in your roadmap thanks!

1. For the Plans, put a Featured Property Limit field, like if we create a BASIC plan, there will be a field there where we can add how many Featured Properties are allowed for that plan.
2. CRM is Customer Relationship Management. Since you have a Messaging Feature already in your theme, all you need to do is Create:
- a LEADS/CONTACTS feature where user can add manually their Leads/Contacts here. Usual fields here are Name, email, contact number, source. (Also capture the contact fields in your messsaging system here if possible when someone messages the agency or agent) - add a DEALS feature where user can manually add their real estate deals (usual fields are Deal Title, Property (user can tag their exisiting selection of properties), Lead Name (user can tag their existing entries from the LEADS/CONTACTS field), Deal Status (examples are Completed, Ongoing, Contacted, For Tripping, etc.). Also, you can automatically add a Deal entry from the messaging feature of your theme.
This will definitely be the best real estate theme here in themeforest if you’ll be able to add this. Design-wise, yours is the best looking already, just add more functionalities, thanks!

Please find 2 important suggestions : 1) ability to search by location (google autocomplete suggestions). 2) for properties ads owners : option (switch on/off) to display accurate localization or a colored circle area around the localization with maybe 1km of radius. Because most of agency don’t want to indicate the localization, else if users can go directly to the address and deal with the real property owner, without paying the agency
With that, should be the perfect housing script !
