hey guys, please stop asking for “provide your site admin access” almost everyone is testing in an local development. please answer my simple questions i wrote in support forum. the theme looks nice, the support is unfortunately – till now – poor.

okay in one case it was my fault. I’m sorry for that. i got the answer right now. but marking the search results in red in the backend without any infos or additional text is not very clever. you think it’s an error. but that is not a big problem. i think the docs are not very well in contrast to others so you have to ask many things when you start working with the theme. i want understand it, so i don’t have to ask everytime again, and thats better for you too. but asking for an admin login right away is not always the first choice. but anyway…
at the moment i have the following question: is it possible to deactivated the whole additional image gallerie for variation products and swatch function globally via functions.php or whatever? maybe we will use another solution and don’t wanna get conflicts.

We are sorry for the inconvenience. And thank you for your feedback regarding our documentation. We will review and consider its improvement in the future.
As for the variations gallery and swatches, there is no simple code to disable this functionality globally. It might require a lot of customizations in different files. So it would be easier to remove all these images and uncheck all attribute terms swatches to return default WooCommerce functionality.

Brand pages have the same sidebar as the shop page. So it looks like some problem on your website only. Or it might be some plugin conflict.

Hi, I have two issues:
1) Html block shortcode is not working in a template. For example, I create an information box via html block builder and add this code in a template <?php echo do_shortcode(‘[html_block id=”965”]’); ?> but it shows the WpBakery code in stead. And when I add just [html_block id=”965”] into a page, I have to add css into the WPBakery editor in that page as well (apart from the one in the html block builder) in order to make the style works.
2) Very strange, License tab and other tabs disapear in Woodmart menu. It shows only header builder tab and WPBakery css generator tab.
WP version 5.8.2 and Woodmart version 6.2.2. The theme and all the plugins are fresh installed and up to date to the latest version and I have followed theme and plugins update instruction.

Hi, I have 3 product categories with multiple sub categories. When I click on a category is brings me to the shop page with all the products listed in that category. How can I add the sub categories to the “filter” button so only the sub categories of that main category show up? Or is there any other way to have the sub categories show up so that customers can filter by category easier?

I wish to have the default dropdown menu instead of swatches but there is no option neither when i edit attributes or inside theme menu.

1. You can use either currency switcher plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-currency-switcher/ or WPML. Both plugins are supported by WoodMart.
2. Sorry, but there is no such functionality for our mobile navigation.

About the off canvas menu on mobile, is it at least possible to add the logo in there?
It might be possible with additional code customization only. Contact us after purchase mentioning this comment and we will give you a file where you can place your logo image.

Hi, We are using Ultimate Addons for WPBackery Page Builder. This plugin provides “Row Background” element, which is causing fatal error after updating to Woodmart 6.2.1 version. We are extensively using that element on our website. We have deactivated that element temporary for website to work. Here are the debug information.
