Thank you for your beautiful theme, I never had a problem for months
but I just have a little problem now with the links. The button link or the button “more..” on the icon box.
I dont know why but I select a page and the theme ADD this in the url link : https://wp-content/themes/qonspt and so there is an error on the buton link https://wp-content/themes/qonspt.website/fr/shooting-photo-pour-entreprises/.
Do you know why ?

Theme options don’t save… your website is down so I can’t see the demo theme for reference or use support.

Please contact us via support form to check with you in action( You can choose the WordPress Category ).
It looks like you barely support the theme so I am hesitant to renew a licence. It appears to be a bug in your theme – the Custom Page settings at the bottom of each page don’t save. Reverts back to default settings.
For example – I want to change the title content – title text from “our work” to something else. It doesn’t save the new title.
You don’t have to renew the support, just submit the ticket and we’ll get in touch and check this with you!
It doesn’t let me submit a support ticket: “Sorry, support for this Envato Market purchase code has expired. You will need to extend support or purchase a new license.”
The Wordpress Theme Category doesn’t require purchase code.

WordPress 6.0 is the latest version of WordPress. It is a major release that came out on May 24, 2022, and still no update for it. Won’t you support the last WordPress version?

how can I make the animated text (clip version) display 50% slower? For some ppl it displays to fast when there is few words in one sentence.

Where’s located Slider Revolution import file? I was able to import all the files in demo-data folder but I’m getting an error for those pages where Slider Revolution is being referenced.

Your theme bundles need an update. RAYS GRID has been removed from wordpress plugins due to a CRITICAL security issue and also WP BAkery needs an update!!

It is not a CRITICAL security issue, the plugin is working fine with no issues and there is no one had any security issue with it, but the WordPress.org has some concern about some things in the code and we are working on that, there is no update for the plugin.
About the WPBakery, please remove and re-install it again from the required plugins message and you will get the latest version.

Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) vulnerability discovered by Jerome Bruandet (NinTechNet) in WordPress RAYS Grid plugin (versions <= 1.2.3).
This plugin has been closed as of June 15, 2021, and is not available for download. Reason: Security Issue.

We know that the reason is security issue, and the wordpress closed it due to that reason,
but the we mentioned that the the issues were in the code that was not updated long time ago.
Anyway we mean that we didn’t get any security issues from our buyers that installed and used the plugin.
We are working on fixing and re-opening the plugin again.

After the last wordpress upgrade (5.6.2) the Slider Revolution (v. 6.3.5 shipped with the qonspt theme) output is blank. We’ve just tried with disabling all the plugins but nothing changed

We updated the slider revolution to the latest version 6.4.4 and supposed you see a message in your WP dashboard telling you to update the plugin to the latest version.

I have here same problem as it was in your Radica theme: I have experienced some strange thing while editing gradient background for raw – the setting doesn’t save (no errors, but colors don’t change).
Please fix this, it’s very imortant to me to change backgrounds color

2. Yes the theme is optimized but you will need to install a performance plugin to increase the Google PageSpeed and GT-Metrix speed records.

About the graphics you can download what you want from freepik and change them as you wish.
