I have a small problem and the documentation isn’t mention it. And please no i will not buy a new year of support. All my recurring paiements via SCA Stripe work but my Wordpress doesnt detect them and tell to customers that their payment hasnt worked everyday! Do you have an idea how to solve it ?

The list we provided are all of the payment processors we have support for. There are a number of them to choose from and include all of the top payment gateways. I suggest checking all of the ones from the list to see if any work with your content as you cannot easily add different gateways beyond the list provided.

My support has expired but this is very urgent. After the last update, coupon codes do not work with stripe payments. We’ve just announced a black friday sale, and the coupon just won’t work. It is applied on the website and shows the discounted amount in the payment page, hoewever, the API sends the full amount (without the discount – we’ve checked the logs) to stripe. It works with paypal so it’s related to the stripe api. We’re using SCA method as we’re in the UK.
I’ve just extended my support but your ticksy system just won’t recognize it. I’ve downgraded to armember 4.5 version and the coupon codes work now. This is a bug that needs to be fixed.

Second: I’ve downgraded to armember 4.5 and it works now, so it is related to the 4.6 version. The problem started 2 days ago when I updated to the latest version.
We did the necessary changes on the stripe API after updating, our API allows all events anyway so that is NOT related to this.
I’d ask you to check it with SCA method as I suspect it might be related to that. I’m sure it is related to the latest version as downgrading did solve the problem.

And only i can restrict for example only videos i want. i am right? i dont want the landing page like in demo. i want the landing page lide the demo with login. With videos and slider.

Yes, you can restrict no content, specific videos, or the entire website. You have full control over what is public and private. Yes, you can set the video library as your homepage if you prefer. (Or any other page).

1) Both themes have very similar features. The main difference is the design.
2) All video posts will convert over to the new theme. However pages and lists of videos would need to be recreated. In addition Vayvo rating is out of 5 stars so if you are using ratings, they would need to be deleted/cannot carry over.
3) Yes, both Vayvo and SKRN support unlimited seasons now. If you are using SKRN, you can also have unlimited seasons. Just be sure to update to the latest version.
4) No, the episodes/seasons are only available in vertical list form.

Ok, I think I will buy AZTEC theme. I would like to manage the redesign of the site on a development domain before putting it online on the final domain. 1/ How could I transfer the license from one domain to another ? 2/ and the manipulation consisting in deleting the current site to put the new one in place, how could I keep all my videos already present on the current site created with skrn ? If you switch themes, all the videos and video post data will remain. The only thing that wouldn’t move over in terms of videos is if you are using the old version of Series. Since you mentioned being limited to 5 seasons, it is likely you are using the old version. The new version is not backwards compatible so you would need to redo any seasons.
In addition any Video list/Slider would be recreated. The elements work exactly the same so it would be pretty easy to swap these out for new ones.
License: If you wanted to use Aztec, you would need to purchase a regular license for this theme.
and if I use the new version of the series everything will be ok then? How can I choose to use the new version of the series on the current site with skrn before switching to aztec?

Yes I would like to open support ticket But I don’t have a license anymore. I know this is not the best place to ask questions but I would like to make it easier for me to switch to the new version of TV serie before switching to AZTEC. Hi there! I have just migrated my theme to AWS from a regular hosting provider. Now all my videos have stopped working. Everything else works fine.
One thing to mention: the Locally Hosted Videos are working!!
The YouTube ones are not working.
My support has expired but I am lost. I think this is a licensing problem or something. During the migration, the domain name has changed as well. But I will not be using the previous one. Only the new one. It’s basically the same site under a different domain and hosting.

I recommend contacting your hosting provider first as it is likely related to when you migrated the domain. Also be sure you are running the latest version of the theme and all plugins. You can find a changeling on the item page with version numbers. We can confirm the issue most likely is not related to any licensing or activation.

I have even installed a fresh version of your theme on the server and it’s the same problem. And I am not talking about customizations here. Your theme, out of the box, demo content imported. I went to a video, changed the source to “YouTube” instead of locally hosted and that video won’t load anymore. Just the thumbnail
SOLVED! update for everyone confronting with this: even though it’s seems stupid it’s some kind of cache issue on your local computer. Once I cleared cache locally, it started working again

The whole thing looks different when I click on Preview in Aztec. There I see on the home page some explanations, there is a FAQ etc.

The new season feature is a great idea… but it doesn’t work for me. My seasons sometimes have the embeded player but after the first season they stop showing any players. The episodes are also out of order with no way to adjust them… from what I can tell. Maybe for small content or non episodic content this might work. It also might be because I’m using a third party player and this theme doesn’t play nicely with third party players.

After some testing it looks like the Unlimited Seasons option does not work with the Ultimate Video Player plugin available on Code Canyon. It will work for season 1 and does not work for anything after season 2. I was able to get it to successfully work with other players. It just looks as though there is a code conflict with this particular plugin.
After some testing I have found that the unlimited seasons option does not work when using the shortcode provided by Ultimate Video Player plugin’s from Code Canyon. It works for Season 1 but anything after that “Season 2 and beyond” it does not show a post and it is not clickable.
I assume there is a conflict in the code. I have gotten it to work properly with Embeds from players such as Cloudflare Stream, just doesn’t seem to work with the current player I have been using “Ultimate Video Player.”
It would be great if the theme supported HLS or DASH playback with VAST support. I would even pay extra to have that.

In terms of seasons, you should be able to use any other player. If you have any questions on using Ultimate Video Player, I suggest reaching out to the plugin author.

Presale Question, is it possible for front end post submission that will actually let users add fields like Movie banner, poster, casts, directors, movie time and upload as its working in the admin backend so when the post gets approved, it goes to the front page where movies are listed

We do not have a front end post form with the theme. However there are a number of plugins that can add this ability. There are some available on wordpress.org and codecanyon.net. You just need the form builder to work with custom post types and you should be good to go.

I was wondering if this theme will allow me to charge a monthly subscription, and then also charge to rent movies and tv shows. So say $5/ per month to access the site, and say $2.99 for each movie and $3.99 for each season of a TV show.
Yes & No. With our theme you can charge for access to content. This can be anywhere from one page or video to the entire website. In addition you can charge per video using the “Pay Per Post” add-on that is included with our theme. That being said you cannot have a video that is pay per post AND at the same time be part of a membership. If you wanted what you are describing, you would need to setup two versions of each post. One that includes access via the membership and another that is pay per post. This would create a lot of duplicate work.

I’m not sure I said it correctly. There would be a monthly fee to access the site. So $5/month just to be able to log in. Then each video would have a “rental” cost to view for a specific time.
