Hi guys, I’ve been waiting for more than 3 days for a response to the support ticket. The problem is the license and from what I read in the comments and other tickets it has been a well known problem for many months. Can you do something?

Hello this theme keeps crashing when I try to install and change import the demos. What is going on this your theme? I haven’t been able to I talk anything for the last 1 week now everything keeps crashing.

Hello i have activated theme by putting the “API personal token” but still getting this “To unlock the demo importer, please activate your license by clicking at the top right button.” i did multiple times but no success

OK I just installed the theme.
Please note there is bug in the license activation plugin and you need to contact the theme seller here to fix and activate it.
This is the message I received after paying the EXTRA 50 dollars to get the professional to install this theme. I personally don’t recommend it because it has caused so much trouble for me and the professional installer.

Hi there we are very interested in your theme amina but had some detailed pre-sale questions as there are some elements from this website (https://en.drsturm.com/) we like and want to know if we can add them on your theme (there are three sites we are building one for hair care another for skincare and one for melanin skincare):
1.Does this theme use visual composer or elementor

1) Our theme uses Elementor + Neuron Builder, Neuron Builder is a core plugin that adds extra features to the Elementor free version like Theme Builder, Popup Builder, WooCommerce builder, One-Click Demo Importer, Form Element, and much more…
2) Yes, of course, our theme supports header builder, so you can create a top bar section on your header template, or you can also create it via Popup builder.

3) You can add an autoplay background video on the Elementor section/column by going to the style tab > background type > video and then insert the URL of the video.
4) All of these are reachable with our Amina theme, our theme fully supports WooCommerce Builder so you can build anything you want on your shop with some extra elements that were added by our Neuron Builder plugin.

I have already purchased Amina and have yet to activate on my current WP site. What is Neuron builder exactly? I was assuming I just use Gutenberg blocks. Is Neuron some bespoke, bundled version of builders like Beaver Builder, WP Bakery etc? And do you have a regular customiser that I can add extra CSS, or do I need to create child theme?

Hi, I’m installing a demo of the theme, but I have problems activating the theme license. I’ve tried creating and adding 2 different Envato API tokens, but no luck. No error messages either.
