Is there an easy way to combine elements from different homepage demos? Like if you want to take one section from homepage 2 and put it on homepage 4, is that hard to do? I assume you can only import one demo at a time, so I’m not sure how you would get the element data from the other homepage demos.
With demo import, you’ll get all pages at once and you can save one section as template and use that section on another page.
Yes, I was thinking I could use templates, but I think they are only available in Elementor Pro. I guess I might have to buy another license of that.
No, you can save templates in free version also and use that. Pro version you’re referring is for their template library which is different.
Great. One last related question. Would there be any issue copying sections from one theme to another one? I’m thinking of getting Ryse, Anova, and Qik. So, I would want to copy sections from each of these different themes and put them together in one theme. I assume the styling won’t carry over, but I don’t think that will be a problem. I would use one theme as the base them copy elements from the other two themes over to it.
If you want to combine Anova/Qik/Ryse into One installation then it won’t work properly. Only Respective templates can be saved as template within its installation and can be used on any page. If you want to import Anova template to Ryse then Css/images would not work like you want.
having said this, if you want something by combining 3-4 theme designs then you may order our design customization service.

if you didn’t change ticket subject then it should arrive us. We use Zendesk ticket system which Envato also uses and is pretty good. Kindly open another ticket and we’ll reply immediately.

How are we supposed to communicate if you only get the first reply from us? We didn’t change the subject, something is wrong with your Zendesk and you should contact them to fix it.

There is no issue is Zendesk. Thousands of companies use it and in fact Themeforest’s ticket system is based on Zendesk. If you don’t change ticket subject then it would come always.
We have solved over 10000 tickets already and none faced any such problem.
Just post an email here and delete it after I see it. Your ticket system doesn’t work. I can open another ticket and the same thing will happen you get the first one and then nothing after that.
Okay, you can delete the email I got it. Check your gmail and see if you got my emails. Trust me I used Zendesk correctly, I just replied to the ticket without changing any subject and wrote my replies above the line it says to write above.

Kindly share the optimal settings for wp-rocket When I activate wp-rocket with same settings for my other sites. Menu does not work correctly It changes menu colors or open up everything in menu and sub menu
If you read documentation of wp rocket you’ll see that there is no optimal setting. When you check all settings then Wp rocket also mentions that your site might break. You can experiment with marking/unmarking option and then cleaning cache to see which setting works well for you.
I’ve checked it only breaks menu Can you share menu url/path which I give to not cache it.

There is no specific section is available for caching menu in WP Rocket. If your site is breaking by using WP Rocket, then you can use any other caching plugin which is supporting well with your site and you can experiment that.

You can find css for menu on ‘wp-content/themes/ryse/assets/css/radiantthemes-custom.css’ and js for menu on ‘wp-content/themes/ryse/assets/js/radiantthemes-custom.js’ files. Exclude those 2 files so that menu will not be cached.

Please use updated theme and make sure you use one active license on one domain only. For multiple installations, kindly upload separate licensed product and you won’t face any issue at all.
Dear, I had before on one domain and after when the server and domain was not used for some period of time. I have lost the website. But at that time the website was life. How do I download the new updated licence/theme. Thanks for help
You may go to themeforest.net/downloads and download updated version. Use updated version on a freshly installed wordpress to get updated designs and features. You may need to renew support if you wish to receive direct support.
I did with the updated version. I have downloaded the same one but it remains the same issue.
It offers me another licence but even with this one barely I can use the demo contnent.
There is a problem in the theme that the theme is paused by the admin backend. Due to this, my whole site was completely destroyed during the development stage. I lost everything and all the designed pages with this theme. I have to design my all business pages again but This issue needs to be resolved by the Authors. I have already opened a ticket & still waiting for Author’s Response.

A theme can’t delete any physical pages/posts. Please check with your hosting provider. They might have backup of DB. Probably their database was reset. The theme is being used by 2000 websites and there is no such bug or vulnerability.
A theme is just a skin over your Wordpress which doesn’t have any Permission or control to delete any page/post or image even if you deactivate or delete the theme from your site.
I hope you understand it. You can search Google for any such possibility and get to know the fact. Rating Ryse with 1 star for a thing which is beyond our control may not be fair.
You know on Ryse detail page support timing is given. It’s Monday – Friday 11 am to 11 pm AEST. Within that time we cleared all tickets when we left office yesterday. You may not have opened ticket within that time frame.
The drive requires login. Please share a video which we can download or view without login. Please share in ticket.
But as we said a theme can’t delete any page. You can check with any independent developer or search Google. If it was done then it might have happened from Hosting’s side where their database crashed which usually happens with EIG hosting networks. Even if you delete any theme from your installation then also you retain all pages, and images imported from it.
Even with access we can’t undo the thing has happened as we don’t have any control of your site.
I can understand you can’t recover pages but at least you can re-install the theme properly on my website (domain) with all demo content imported in it. If you want license details then I’m happy to provide these details too. I’ve already shared all details in the ticket and still waiting for Author’s Response.
You have not selected correct footer(https://prnt.sc/21zr10d) for home page that’s why footer is not same as demo. Now we have fixed that issue. Please check reply on ticket.

You can save any UI blocks as template in Elementor and reuse it on other pages. This is not likeno Drag & Drop template library.

No it’s not RTL ready theme. However it supports multi language.

I also enjoy the theme so far, but i got some problems. I`ve opened a ticket but still no answer. Most of the footers don`t work properly and when I chose them, they just don’t appear. Also when I added the Portfolio page to the main menu, there is no content in it, i checked in the admin panel and i saw that there are actually added demo content, but i cant see it. Please let me know how to fix the footer and portfolio page.

In case of portfolio, there are lot of portfolio pages i.e; YOUR DOMAIN/boxed-overlay/ , YOUR DOMAIN/pop-in-hover-effect/ and lot of other portfolio pages and you can rename any of those pages as YOUR DOMAIN/portfolio/

Everything we show in our demo are included in demo import as most users want all designs so that they can create something of their own. If you don’t need pages, you can delete them.
With single page import when you need another design and you run import then MENU gets messed up (double menu ) , so we don’t take that route as it has poor user experience. Removing pages from menu takes 1 minute or so.

It appears you mentioned about Ryse Demo 6 header. It uses header options Eight. Under Header Eight Setting, Toggle Display Button to show button as we have shown in our demo.
