How can I control the number of times a user can purchase a membership package? Because I am giving free ads for example, 2 regulars ads, no promotions, for X days, but this free package can only be used once per user within the validity period of the membership. Meaning every user will have free ads every X Days.

Yes this is possible let me explain how to do this
1) First you need to set free version from membership settings see 11.7 & 11.8 like 5 free ads for 30 days then after 30 days again he can post 5 ads https://www.radiustheme.com/docs/main-settings/membership-store-addon/
2) Membership package as usual no can include promotion in membership package.

Sorry location is Taxonomy WordPress by default Taxonomy don’t have unpublished or trash option need to customize to do this Or I noted this for next update.
I hope in next update you add option to limit locations to specific cities similar to other classified ads themes. Thank you

In Top search don’t have option you need to customize code to add this. In left Filter widget we have custom fields filter option you can use that.

Sorry don’t have settings to hide price from front end user has control he can select single price, price range or no price. Here price range for job.
We will make an addon for job so hide price and show salary.
Will be nice if you can add a wallet system ( credit ) for users and verified phone number. This two are missing and in my opinion are very important.
