Hello dear. What should I use if I want to enable recaptcha for the login or account creation page? I couldn’t find any build in option. Should I use any 3rd party plugin, can you recommend one?

Sorry, but there is no such option in our theme and WooCommerce by default. It may require additional code customization or extra plugin but we don’t have an instruction for this. It is out of our theme support scope.

Hello! My product style for product archives is “Icons and Add to cart on hover” and I very like this style. Unfortunately this style does not show rating stars by default. Is it possible to show rating stars with this style (after product title)?

You can display product rating after the title by means of the custom PHP and CSS code.
Please, try to add this custom PHP code to the functions.php file in your child theme for moving rating after the title.

Oh sorry! Your code is working, but not correct. Look at the first and third products https://anydog.ru/shop/ In both cases, a 5-star rating is visible. But in reality, the first product has 5 stars, and the third only 4, this can be seen on the product page. Help to fix it please!

Hi, guys. Please consider using priority hints as they were moved from beta to stable version in latest Chrome – https://developer.chrome.com/blog/new-in-chrome-96/#pri-hints. That way you can prioritize some important content and improve page loading speed. Also giving us (users) the possibility to add such hints for images, scripts and styles manually would be benefetial.
Also please consider adding features to show header banner:
- only once, so when a customer opens next page it’s not shown again.
- only on main page

Hi, I have your theme installed. I have issues when updating your theme and needed a few custom coding which was done for me. The ability to use the sidebar widget was removed when updating the theme. The current theme does have a filter widget which opens downwards – which will not work for me as there are a lot of product filters. Are you able to include the sidebar widget to expand sideways like it used to? I got a coder to implement the sidebar again – but when scrolling up and down it doesnt work that well. Please let me know.
(i forgot to mention – that upon installing update the mobile menu does not automatically close when clicked outside of the menu – again this was fixed by additional coding done for me

You earlier suggested that within Theme there is a border for color swatches, specially for white.
But unfortunately, there seems no border when we add the white colored swatch.
Hence, the white swatch is not at all visible neither on Shop page grid, nor in shop side filters, as well as not in Single product page.
Where can I find the option to show the border, so as to make that visible.

After saving any of the theme changes, the small icons(wishlist, cart and so on) continue to disappear. If I activate the dummy content again… they appear. How may I solve this?

Check if you have a correct URL set in Dashboard -> Settings -> General. It should start with HTTPS if you are using an SSL certificate on your website. Then go to Theme Settings and resave them. If it doesn’t help, please, provide us your admin access so we can check.

Also there’s a strange bug – products tab element pagination arrows are out of place when viewed on latest Chrome (96.0.4664.45) while they look OK with other browsers or older Chrome versions.

I checked more thoroughly and found that the bug appears when the row has BounceInLeft or BounceInRight CSS animation. Please add an AJAX Product Tab element in WPBakery, enable aformentioned CSS animation for the row containing element, enable arrows for products pagination in product tab and check the result with Chrome 96. You will see there’s a bug and arrows are misaligned. It looks like some of CSS animations code became outdated or maybe a bug was introduced into Chrome.
