Hi Team – any guidance on how to deactivate or exchange google font calls? As per the newest GDPR regulations google font`s can not be loaded/used without prior consent. We are using the plugin “Local Google Fonts By EverPress” to deactivate and exchange the fonts to local but it does not see the fonts used on this theme. Guidance would be appreciated or a link to a faq article on how to do this with this theme. THX!

I bought your theme a few days ago and I’m having some problems that I’ve never had before.
I sent a ticket to your support on Monday, but the issue is still not resolved.
However, I have 2 urgent questions: 1 – I’m not able to change the native Menu of the demo, where all the pages that your team developed appear. I created and configured a simple Menu, still only with 4 pages, it appears on mobile, but does not appear on desktop.
2 – I want to change the golden color that comes with the theme, but I can’t find the place where it changes everything automatically. Is it not possible to change the golden color of some titles, menu and buttons at once, automatically?

I am going to develop a website for a restaurant and I would like to know if it is possible to use a feature that you have in the other theme developed by your team, the “Grand Restaurant”. The functionality is the “Select Options” in the shop, where the user can choose SIZE, Normal or Large, several TOPPING options and use the EXTRA REQUEST field.

We based on +7 Bangkok time. We did provide support on weekend for our customers as well.
We generally response you within 24 hours as stated in the support policy. But normally we can do better than that number.
Having 2 issues. 1. Demo Content Import error, showing: [ERROR] Failed to import “bg-header-overlay-lg” (Media)
2. The subfooter display is not correct. The “since 1997 ” image is not aligned properly. It is showing above the subfooter container. It is overlapping the instagram logo with @craftcoffee
If not fixable, can I have a refund? I would rather have the HTML version if this cannot be fixed. I will not try importing content for single page to see if different.

I updated a page this month and all the default fonts are no longer working… not sure where this disconnect is with updates – but bebasneue and the others from the demo no longer appear.

Then update all URLs on your site from http://urbanmodernkitchen.com/ to https://urbanmodernkitchen.com/
It should fixes the issue.
it did not work. I uploaded the plugin and activated it and see no change.
Its like the fonts are gone or something got over-ridden – and the only thing I did was update links within the Page. The hero section of the home page for example where it says “Contemporary & Creative” is listed as font “arkipelagoregular” but it definitely is not (looks like arial or something). This is like this on the front end and within Elementor.
typically I can figure this out on my own… but obviously between Elementor and Wordpress there was some sort of update within your Theme that made all the fonts disappear.

It’s the issue when you change to HTTPS ad you haven’t update all URLs. The plugin I mentioned should solve the issue. This is not related to the theme or WordPress.

Technically all our demo pages are using Elementor which you can change element alignment to support RTL language from Elementor.
For other parts, you can use this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-rtl/ to support RTL languages.
