Make sure you are install VisaHub product as our installation process.
After you can login with admin then open the page you wish to edit with Elementor Page Builder.
You get all access panel with modify layout.

Hi I used it on my website and I Changed Webserver and deleted that. Now I started making website again and installed theme and it says:
