When I am in the desktop view and I click on the drop down menu on the top right, it is blank. This is not an issue however in the mobile view, the menu shows up perfectly fine. How do I fix this issue?

We won’t suggest to edit from the code. Rather you can remove these menu items from Admin > Appearance > Menus. Let us know if this works.

Thank you for your interest. Unfortunately it is not RTL language optimized. Yes it has landing pages, check the Live Preview section. We have not tried, but other buyers reported they used WPML plugin with our themes.

Unfortunately it’s hard coded and there is no easy way to change it unless you are a WordPress developer. In this case check the code inside Admin > Appearance > Theme Editor > Select Pivotal > single-teams.php. Make sure you keep backup before changing any code.
Hi – I just recently bought your them and am loving it, I had a quick question though. I am hoping to build out more pages and use a similar look and feel to your demo. I was curious where you got the images you used for the Pivotal theme. Particularly any of the blue and orange images that show people and computers, and even the main webconsole image that shows the “stadistics” image. I want to ensure I keep a similar feel across the site and purchase the rights to use additional images, is there a particular artist that made those? (I did see a link to a lot of sites you sued for images but couldn’t find this specific example)
Thank you for purchasing our theme. Apologies for the late reply. We downloaded those graphics mainly from freepik.com. Unfortunately we did not to keep track of the source links. After we downloaded, we changed color to match our theme.

By activating WPBakery Page Builder license you will unlock premium options – direct plugin updates, access to template library and official support.” => Your theme already have licence for this or not?

b) To change the project page, click the ‘Edit with WPBackery Page Builder’ menu from the top bar after login as admin. See the screenshot here: https://prnt.sc/26ff7ip
c) You can set your 404 page image from Admin > Pivotal Option > 404 Error Page: https://prnt.sc/26ff8py

Hi, I have installed everything ok including all the Demo content. seems very good. I am new to WpBakery, can edit the page content, but simply cannot seem to get to the Banner on the pages to edit the demo content. Can you please let me know how to do this
