You may try to use 8.0 in that case. There could be various reasons and not just php version. If you want us to inspect your site by logging into it please consider opening a support ticket by renewing support for the theme.

After updating to the latest WPBakery Page Builder the design in Google Chrome looks totally messy at https://www.boardinstitute.dk/ (not full screen allowed).
In firefox and safari it looks correct at https://www.boardinstitute.dk/
I do not want to rool it back cause the older version of WPBakery Page Builder makes the site Vulnerability!!
I see the site is not using our provided slider images or design. It’s customized design of Unbound theme we provided.

Following up on this. I have since been able to upload the demo. But I am missing background images for main secions of the website that I do not know how to replicate.
Demo import is related with hosting settings. Please make sure it has proper setting. You have imported few times now so you know it works. If you want us to do the import for you, then you may consider renewing support for the theme. It expired 3 years back!

To be specific. When trying to use the “NONE” short header for interior pages, so that blog posts only have a site menu header and nothing else – you will see that there is no control for spacing between the menu and the blog posts. Is there any control for this?

This is incredibly poor support for your purchasers regardless of when they purchased from you.
My purchase date should not have bearing on you giving me a tip on the blog header spacing. It is obvious you are replying to other comments, but not this one as your replies can be seen by date.
This is not a strong practice for a theme forest seller. Please help with this one minor issue.

What ever options are there, you can see under theme options. To inspect individual site issue WE NEED one to renew support. It’s shame that you’re asking for help after 4 years and can’t spend few bucks to get support. You are paying more on hosting and site’s promotion. I don’t realize why few buyers think support is available free of cost and our time don’t have any value! If you have further question, kindly renew support and ask question by opening a support ticket.

I have been trying to modify this file inc/header/header-style-five.php and there seems to be no support for this in the child theme.
I have kept the folder structure and the file in the child theme will not accept the changes to the website. only root level files seem to work (header.php, footer.php, etc..).

Child theme can work with default files of WordPress only and since those files are coming through Redux so child theme won’t work in there.

Your hosting must have blocked ice file upload as ico files are used to upload malicious files. Instead of ice use jpg image.

Whenever I try to import a demo, it says “ Import Failed Whoops, there was a problem importing your content.”
I am sorry to know this. Please check Appearance -> Radiantthemes Dashboard and check those values showing there. Please adjust settings of your hosting as mentioned there and try to reimport. This should fix the issue.
If you still unable to import, please open a support ticket with your site url and site access and we’ll check as soon as we resume.
The import went through but looked a bit different from the demo, some call to actions were missing, some background pictures, some icons etc

Additional question, is it possible in Unbound theme – on Home page: we have 3 columns, 2 columns wide (just one) latest blog post and right to it 1 column widget? Like this:

You may delete any column as the site was built in Wpbakery so such editing is possible.
OK, but is it possible to show only one blog post in that column? For example, can this one column display posts slider?

Updated to PHP 8 and site broke, after testing, radiant theme addon plugin is not PHP 8 compatible.
We run our demos in PHP 8. You may need to update theme and Radiantaddons plugins by following our documentation. If you want us to inspect your issue, then you may open a support ticket by renewing support for the theme.
