How can we block showing the price of the service to the customer?
That will require customisation work as it’s your specific need. OR customer can set service price to 0 so it will automatically be equal to not showing price to customer.
How can we create logins for staff under one service center so that they can close there calls and take the payment?
Logins for staff is not given in the theme. Staff members can be displayed in the booking form so customer can choose the desired staff member for the booking. So if a service provider has added staff members then he can enable the option “show members during booking” under booking settings so staff members will be available for selection during booking.

i disabled booking everywhere. But when i want to add a new service at provider profile. I have to set paddingtime . My providers don’t want to use that. Can i disable it somewhere. or can you tell me where to delete from (file).

Padding time field is optional, it’s not the mandatory field.

One year ago, you changed the radius in a drop-down menu. But i can’t get it to work. It doesn’t filter on the radius to find providers. Can you please help?

Hello, i have bought the Theme and it does not fulfill my requirements, i want to use your Platform to make a Website for my own Country/State where for House related works like Plumbing, Mason, Electricity, Cleaning , Roofing etc. Where an Individual can post a job needed at his/her house and the Professional can get in contact with him to do his/her job at their house and the Buyer can pay Seller in Cash, i just want to charge them for exchanging Contact Information and sharing coordinates/location. Is it possible? I don’t want the Subscription Option for Providers, i just want to charge the Provider Admin Fee/Commission for the Exchange of Information with the Buyer if he is Interested in his work at his house.

You need to turn on option to hide contact information of providers from public, you will find this option in the theme options -> provider settings. So information can be shared once customer hire/book provider for the job, and you can turn on “charge admin fee only” option from theme options -> accounts -> commission system, so customers can pay only the fee defined by you. And regarding provider subscription: you can set the price of providers packages to 0 so providers can register for free.
If that fulfil your requirements then it’s good, otherwise as you said that you want to charge them for exchanging information, so this will require customisation work, you can contact us @ aonetheme@gmail.com.
Hi, I have a simple request that on my website when any visitor searches a certain service provider category it displays results with provider city and country only. I just want it to be changed to displaying every provider’s full postal address. Can this be done please? I have also emailed you regarding this. Hoping for a prompt reply!

Does this theme accept any other form of payments other than pay pal and stripe? For example bank transfers..
Yes, as woocommerce payment option is integrated into the theme so you can use any payment gateway supported by the woocommerce.
