Hi, i just installed the new version, it looks great but it has a few problems you need to fix:
1. The package contains also Prestashop 8.2 installer, you need to provide only the theme. 2. The footer is one language only, if you change the language, the footer stays the same. 3. The load time is so slow compared to the old version. 4. Since I downgraded to the old version, I would need the version 2.1.0 instead of this 4.0.0. From where do I download it?

Hi, We have upgraded the PHP version to 8.1, as it is recommended by PrestaShop. However, after the upgrade, several modules have stopped working. Can we expect an update soon?

Hello. Do you guys have a html template version of it ? Im going to use it on my project.
No, We don’t have HTML version of this theme
So how can i use the extended license ? Because its too much expensive right now. The normal html templates are cheaper than software themes.
If you want to use theme for only one store then you can buy theme with Regular License
No im going to convert it to dynamic website and sell it on codecanyon.net

You can change your payment logo inside prestashop directory path ”\modules\cz_blockpaymentlogo\views\img”
You can change copyright text from admin panel > International > Translations > “MODIFY TRANSLATIONS” section with selecting option “Theme translation”, select your theme and language in which you want to translate this theme text.

Hi, does the template have the complete PrestaShop file? The one I can upload directly as new installation and automatically be installed with the theme?
This theme does not have quick start installation files. So, you have to install prestashop latest version first on your server then you can install this theme.
Dear CodeZeel, we manage to fix and recreate a new working menu with 3 levels. Now we have a problem with the module myprestascomment. Its is crashing the store in some products details, it shows a blank page.
The problem goes away when I disable the module. We are using PS 1.7.8.1.
Could you please point us in the right direction and provide and updated version for this module.
PS: We tried to use the support portal, but could not login with our previous credentials.
Give us your store admin panel and FTP login details so, our technical team will check and resolve issue if it has with our theme module.
Hello I have a presale question. I noticed in the demo, the urls are not shown as friendly urls. Is there a reason not to have friendly urls because of the theme or is it something else? I would like to use them. Thank you
We have not enabled SEO friendly URL settings for our demo store which provide by prestashop so, it’s not display on our demo store but you can enable it for your site from prestashop admin panel.

Dear author, why the CZ – Vertical Menu module, display some categories and subcategories on the same level, and other are show properly grouped… we cant finde any options on the module. Please point me in the right direction. On mobile works fine, but on desktop all elements are display in a single row…

You can configure All Categories section on your store with configure module CZ – Vertical Menu from admin panel > modules > modules manager > installed modules section. If you want to know more about theme configuration we provide theme installation documentation which you can follow.
i have bought a theme but there is no option of ( installable wordpress zip file ) in download section i have to upload that zip file on a wordpress website kindly guide me.
As you can see item name and description of this theme you know this theme is compatible with prestashop platform so, you can try to install prestashop on your store and install this theme with following theme installation documentation.

You can download theme package zip file from your theme forest account download section.

This theme is compatible for prestashop platform as we have already mention all details about theme on item detail page. You can not install this theme for wordpress platform.
