I need help with the following:
1. I have 2 types of members: Base and Pro, and I would like that the members page only show the PRO members. Where can I change those settings?
2. When I send a site notice it appears on the bottom of the page, next to to the footer and is almost unnoticeable. Is there a way to change this, so it will appear centered with the page?
3. the option that let users to set their own password is not working. Where can I fix it?

I have 2 questions for you as I am looking to purchase the theme. 1.Is this theme ever going to be compatible with more browsers(especially popular browsers such as safari and Opera)? 2.Having viewed the demos I have noticed you are using “lost password” instead of “Forgot or Forgotten Password” is this along with the other grammar errors something you will be fixing in the next update?

Hi westin3, for Vikinger you’ll need to customize many things via code. If you are looking for more backend customization, we recommend Olympus as it has Youzify integration.

May I ask, can these features be added to your future updates
1. Support an LMS like Tutor LMS 2. Provide a simpler and space efficient profile (maybe get rid of the Cover Photo entirely) Current one makes you scroll down for visiting each item in the profile menu. This is a common issue in all buddypress themes. 3. Add a floating button for NewsFeed Compose and remove the default Text box. Not Space Efficient. Buddypress Theme issues. (move from Facebook design to Twitter design) 4. Make the theme more friendly in Mobile View. – A small margin sidemenu with bottom button to expand (One Community Theme does this with a Members List Side Menu) – Introduce a Decent Mobile Menu bottom bar.
These are a few ideas. I know its not possible to implement them. But please share your thoughts on my input. Thank you.

No problem at all on the wait, giving workers holiday break is a wonderful thing. That’s what I thought and it’s ok. Thank you for the response and all. I love this theme so much but I haven’t been able to find any help getting certain needed features for my site working and you guys aren’t allowed to help either so it’s a little frustrating that it’s missing those “hooks” or something that auto adds the things to the profiles.

Hi, after posting something to the activity feed/timeline, or after commenting on a post made by a different user, it isn’t possible to delete the post/comment, i.e. nothing happens after clicking ‘delete post’ / ‘delete comment’. Instead, the site appears frozen after clicking, scrolling does not work anymore unless page is manually reloaded. Great theme, I really love it!
I have a question for you guys. I’m building a review/community site. I’m using the Favorites for Wordpress ( https://favoriteposts.com ) plugin to make blog posts bookmarkable for the users on my site. This plugin works with GamiPress too. My users can bookmarks posts of different categories, and gaining achievements for it. I really love that.
My problem is: the bookmarked posts are appearing on a separate page perfectly, but the result and the bookmark button at the bottom of a blogpost is ugly as hell. Could you implement it into a future update or make a similar function into your theme? It would be awesome. Thank you!

Hi topplayer1, sadly, we’ve tried a few plugins, but due to the really custom design of the theme, they don’t integrate correctly. A while ago we added the ability for admins to be able to delete posts from the front-end, so people are modding sending links or letting admins know via the Vikinger DMs. If anything changes in the future, we’ll let you know. on mine the create group is showing on the admin and even with the “allow users to create groups” nothing shows up… it shows to admin but not to users.

Hello, we like to ask a refund. We try the theme but dosent work for me. We bough last monday, we have only 1 day use. You can delete all the codes and the theme. We dont gonna use anymore. Do you can do that for me? Thanks.
Hi LourencoGadelha, sadly, as per company policy and Envato refund policy https://themeforest.net/page/author_refund_policy we can’t offer a refund because the theme is working correctly (it’s not broken or malfunctioning), as you can see by other poeple that have it and they are able to use it without any issues This is also corroborated by the Envato review team that reviewed and approved the item. Also, we see that you submitted a ticket where the support team asked for more info and your credentials in order to try to help you but you never answered them.
The item is in the WordPress section and it’s advertised as such in the live preview and image/description, so naturally, you need some technical knowledge in order to install and customize it, that’s why the first banner of the item description clearly states that you need to ask everything before buying: https://imagizer.imageshack.com/img923/4926/PbHa92.png
