This theme is not working correctly on ios6. The width is not formatted properly. How do I fix this?
Send us a mail with some print screens. Tell us what browser you use and what version is. Test it in another browsers, and see if works ok. Cheers.

Thank you for purchasing our theme. To modify the map on contact page, go on https://maps.google.com/, here find your place, adjust zoom how you want, and after this, press the link button. This button is near the print button, on left sidebar. Copy only the <iframe> tag from second input and paste it over the actual on contact page. Don`t forget to modify the width=”100%” height=”800”

Is the fixed CSS file automatically available to those who have already purchased or did you make an updated file for download?
Also, left and right arrow graphics do not show on IE8 can you please advise why? (I know that person should update his browser, but he has not and reported that the images were not clear).
I mean what is stated up here from gsmack and limorsh, have those been updated in the current design?

thx for your answer. i think it`s not a java issue. on firefox 7 i see the image and headline in the slider, but no text and no arrows and slideshow itself…!? i know firefox 7 is not the recent version but many users don`t do the update every month… could you maybe check that?

I have IE9 , I found the problem – the link to the js – <script src=”http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.7.2/jquery.min.js” type=”text/javascript” charset=”utf-8”></script> does’nt work in IE9 . you need to download the file query.min.js directly to your js folder – only after you do so – the gallery work.

I think that is your problem. I tested in IE 9 and work correctly.
Hello, loaded this locally via WebMatrix and IIS on windows 8. When the home page is launched in IE 10 a 404 error is thrown on getting ” images/bg.jpg”. The page hangs and never finishes loading. Chrome ignores the error.
The template files do not contain this image, however it’s referenced in style.css .user-info-wrap. Checked your Live Preview site too and it also doesn’t include the file.
Are we suppose to replace this image? If so what size is needed and how about a little information of what’s needed here. Also missing favicon.ico which throws an error too. I can easily replace that.
I know IE 10 isn’t listed as compatible, but it’s rolling out to the masses with Windows8. You might want to include some royalty free stock images/icons or just transparent images to avoid the errors In the future.
Hi GSMACK , First of all, thanks for purchased our theme. To fix the bg.jpg image problem, just open the style.css file, go to the line 669 and remove this: url(../images/bg.jpg)
After that save the file. I hope this will work.

Once uploaded into WP it has a bunch of .css errors starting with the style.css stylesheet, can you please fix asap.
This is a html theme , there is no way to work if you upload it into wordpress themes folder. We will release soon a wp version. Cheers!
