Hi, ive just purchased the theme, installed it, activated the child theme, imported demo 2. The header looks incorrect, also the appearance/customize section is not displaying the desktop view correctly and only shows the mobile and tablet view. I have opened a support ticket, hopefully you will be able to help me.

Just did a fresh install and imported demo with latest updates. For some reason the footer newsletter is not showing.
Checked section and make sure: Enable footer newsletter was true
Even looked into the footer.php to try and manually override to test but still not rendering
Is there something I am missing?

Did you figure it out, if not yet, here is the answer in detail. You must have got the desired Header if you imported the desired demo. If you want to change the header, you can go to Appearance/customize/header and then move the menu/logo etc to desired grid on drag and drop header builder. This way you can achieve the header layout you want.

Ajax add to cart is native WC feature and it wont work on the product blocks powered by Elementor. I think this theme is not suitable for your project. Thank you for your interest though.

Thanks for purchasing the theme. Yes ofcourse its possible, you can set separate hero image for given page by editing the page in backend and moving to bottom to find custom meta options for that page.
