I just purchase themeforest-3KrBgSWG-tradio-cryptocurrency-exchange-dashboard-laravel-template.
here is my license code: 5ccd138d-ac0f-4592-9171-376ae49f95b1.
I tried installing the file on wordpress and here is the response I got:

The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.
Theme installation failed.
Please how can I get the right file that support my installation.

Am really very disappointed with the author, this is simply because I had extended the reach of our conversation even beyond the envato platform by contacting the author and to let him know the challenges I had faced installing the template.
Before I reached out to him, I remember the author biding me to apply for refund when I made complain as you can see attached.
But I had patience to see if something can be done about it. I am very family with installing laravel templates and when I tried installing the file on cpanel, I discovered that the file was broken and even the htaccess was not coming up when installed. I reached out to the author and he requested that I paid his $50 for him to do the setup for me. After some days, he came back to me that he was facing similar challenge and was trying to resolve some db issues.
After some days, he manage to setup a template that was completely different from what I had paid for , I quickly got back to him and telling him that some of the futures where not working and even that my expectation of the file was completely not what I had gotten. he said if I really need him to update some fetures on the template as I wanted that I should pay him $2000 and I told him that I was not going to do that, that I will cancel the purchase and seek refund so that I can purchase another template from another vendor. Since then, I have purchased another template and which you can see from my purchases in envato and is currently been installed and it’s working.
So I really don’t understand the rational that the author had which made him to declined my refund after he is aware that I had spend even beyond the funds that I was supposed to spend and got nothing working from it.
Please I need a refund asap. Find below my skype conversation with him . I will attached full conversation with him through my email.

My client bought this template, easy to setup even without documentation. I found some errors there: 1. withdrawal page: it set default_crypto to BTC while there is no way to change it – it’s confusing. 2. it’s not mobile friendly. 3.your projects description is not detailed well. 4. It’s not laravel, it’s codeIgniter with laravel illuminate dB and blade engine. etc.
