[Nexgen] is compatible with Elementor and WPBakery. But, note that the demos were built with Elementor, so you won’t be able to customize them with WPBakery.
There are 24+ exclusive widgets for Elementor, very well organized, with many controls and customization possibilities, something that would hardly be possible with WPBakery.

Hello, I have a question regarding the nexgen core plugin. When it is active, it stops the Elementor editor from launching. The Elementor editor launches in see mode just fine. I went through and tested all plugins, the one that stops the elementor page order form launching is the nexgen plugin.
Are you aware of this issue, and is there a fix coming?

Go to Appearance > Themes and see which version of the [Nexgen] theme. The “father” and not the “child” 
Here this is not happening in our tests. You will need to create a temporary admin account and send us to adm.codings@gmail.com please so we can find out what happened.

Just disable the plugin “Dynamic.ooo” and the problem was solved.
We haven’t tested this plugin with the theme, do you really need it? If so, we can make it compatible in a future version of the theme.

2) Whenever you need to reinstall the theme on another website, you need to disable the license in Nexgen Dashboard.

It seems it doesn’t comes with elementor pro. What about WpBakery? Also, I’ve found an issue. When I am scrolling to top from bottom page, it hide main menu item/bar and covers with only top menu. I’ve tested it in my Galaxy mobile and iPad 7th gen. Did you guys noticed it? What’s the plan to solve this issue?

Sorry if there was any confusion in the previous answer.
In fact, the theme will not give you Elementor PRO or WPBakery. (but they’re functional well with the theme). But that’s not a theme requirement, as the Elementor Free has everything you need and the [Nexgen] theme has unique widgets to build your pages.
Regarding the question about Navbar, it is something that only support can answer and for that it is necessary to buy a valid license.
After your purchase, ask for help and it will certainly be resolved, or we will refund your money.

We’ve already figured out the problem.
You choose “white” as your “secondary color” and the buttons will be unreadable 
Option 1) Go to Theme Settings > Global Style and choose a color other than white for the main colors. Do some tests until everything is fine.
Option 2) If you prefer, this CSS will invert the “Checkout” buttons to the primary color:
Go to Theme Settings > Advanced > Custom Style (CSS) and add it:
.form-row.place-order button {
background-color: var(--primary-color);
}

Hi I tried to change button font to Montserrat. by N.Theme Setting>Button>Typography> and then change font family to Montserrat > click update

This is not common! From the dashboard go to Appearance » Import Demo Data and click on the Import Demo Data button.
What could be happening: Check your plugin list for the version of the “One Click Demo Import” plugin. Maybe you have an outdated version. What the theme require is “13.0.4”. If yours is another, delete it and install ours.If nothing seems to work, create a temporary admin account for us that we can take a look at for you.

Hello, I bought this template recently and I am unable to change the color of all the buttons, icons, and links. The global styles don’t change the color of all the buttons, icons, and links instead, it changes only on the navigation and forms buttons.
How do I able to set a primary and secondary color for Button, Icons, Links across all the pages on the website?

Unfortunately this is not as practical as it sounds, sorry.
The colors defined in Theme Settings are applied to global sections such as Header & Footer. What is in the “site body” content area does not change, and it is necessary to edit with Elementor and choose its colors for each item.
This is something we will certainly improve on in future versions of the theme.
If even the global sections don’t change color, maybe it’s because of some cache plugin you have, in which case we need you to tell us your site’s URL so we can check it. Our email is adm.codings@gmail.com.
