Hello! WP Bakery Page Builder is saying there’s an update…will this be available for Engic theme owners soon?
Hi travelingirl12 – thanks for using Engic.
We will upload the latest version of the page builder to our repository once we finish testing. If you’d like to obtain and install the latest version at your own risk, please contact us so we can send it to you.
Best Regards.
Where/How can you replace the video on the One Page demo?
Hi staceyhood16
Scroll down to the backend of the page to edit the video in the feature section – https://docs.euthemians.com/theme/feature-section/
Please use our support desk, https://euthemians.ticksy.com , for any help you need. Our agents will be happy to help you.

Your documentation doesn’t say specifically where “Feature Section” is. Where is it in the dashboard?
Hi again! In your dashboard backend, scroll down to find the meta box with feature section options. Refer to the related screenshot in this article – https://docs.euthemians.com/tutorials/feature-section-options-in-engic/
Our agents will be happy to help you further.

Great theme – I’m at a point where I need to migrate my built theme (built pages, images, post et…) onto another host. Do I understand correctly that using the export theme seatings feature exports the theme setting AND PAGES and POSTS? Or do I have to rebuild all my theme pages again from scratch? Many thanks in advance.
Hello Witchdoc – Thank you for using Engic!
Please note that the theme settings are not your website data. To migrate your website, please refer to this article from our blog.
Best Regards.
Hello Euthemians Team.
I downloaded the ENGIC theme from Envato in July 2023 for free. How can I update the theme?
Greetings, Marcus
Hi Marcus – thanks for using Engic!
I think you need to purchase the theme to receive updates. However, since you downloaded the theme as a free file of the month, it may be worth contacting Envato support.
Best Regards.
Thank you for the fast feedback!
You’re welcome!
Hello and thanks for the theme. Could you update the theme files sometime soon? WP Bakery is several versions behind and Woocommerce has some outdated custom files in the theme.
Hello, travelingirl12 – thanks for using Engic.
A new theme will probably be released next week. Please note that the outdated WP Bakery and WooCommerce templates do not cause functional issues on your website.
Best Regards.
Thank you!!
You’re welcome!
I’d like to just write a kudos comment… I am using your theme on two websites. (via elements and themeforest) I just checked via GTMetrix the performance level of both sites. Both sites score an A in performance. Anyone whom has ever made a wordpress website knows all too well how hard it is to get an A grade. I got these grades without breaking a sweat. This has to be attributed to your theme structure. I just want to thank you for a job well done. Thank you so much.
Thank you for your incredible feedback!
Your support and satisfaction motivate us to continue our commitment to excellence. You can also visit our official website, check our latest themes and articles and subscribe to our newsletter.

Hi, Somehow, I managed to have “all stories by” inserted at the bottom of the posts on each post page. Can you tell me how to remove it?
Hi there – thanks for using Engic!
You can turn off the related posts in Theme Options > Blog Options > Single post settings. If you need any further assistance, please get in touch with our agents. They will be happy to help you.
Best Regards.
Oh thank you so much! That was driving me insane!... more so anyway.
Always happy to help! Cheers
Ok, I have a problem. I have the paid version of this theme and the free Elements version of this theme. How do I remove the “Purchase Engic” banner of the free Elements version?
Of course… as soon as I ask… I figured it out. Thanks!
That’s great!
Best Regards.
Dear, I bought your theme a month ago, now I finally wanted to set it up and start customizing it, but it says that the theme has expired and that I should try again, why is this happening to me and how can I solve it, because I paid this topic and now I can’t use it?
Hi mihailodimic1 – thanks for reaching out.
Can you please check your server settings – https://docs.euthemians.com/tutorials/recommended-server-settings-memory-issues/? What you are facing seems like something other than a theme-related issue.
We would greatly appreciate it if you use our Support System for any support you need instead of the public comments. We’d be glad to help you. Thank you

How can I dial in the typography sizes on responsive devices? I’ve injected classes and CSS in WP Bakery with each element and page with no results? Mobile type inherits CSS rules from desktop on down. How can I accomplish control of my typography on mobile?
Hello Witchdoc,
As far as I can see, we handle the responsive typography via CSS and media queries in Engic. It means that it should work with custom classes and the proper rules. I have no idea what you are missing. Can you contact our agents to give you a hand? We provide support exclusively in our support system – https://euthemians.ticksy.com/
Best Regards.
Thanks – went to submit a ticket and looks like the license has run out unfortunately. But I’ll post issue below just in case it’s an easy fix or to let other users know of the issue in case it finds a fix:
I have attempted to target mobile typography in WP Bakery Page Builder – callout out ID and classes in sections and injecting CSS into the related page – but have had no results. It takes the rest of the CSS code but not {font-size: px/em/%;} for some reason it simply won’t resize typography on my mobile device (iPhone 14). I’ve attempted in two different areas of the WP module builds – icon box (which doesn’t target htags) and custom heading. Both show no results with font sizing. I’ve even called out the h3 tag in the css (which WPBakery doesn’t recommended) with no results. Any help would be greatly appreciated. And thanks for the outstanding theme. With the exception of this issue – really has been performing well.
Thanks for the dev support!
It’s appears mobile devices (iPhone 13, 14) doesn’t take ANY of the type size styles called out by either CSS or by the module. Only takes the size from ENGIC typography theme settings. Will take the type family callout, only not the type size. Tried multiple configs. My CSS is legit. Something’s not working right?!
Hi again,
Firstly, we never force anyone to renew the support package. However, unfortunately, providing support in the public comment area is impossible. Also, the issues you meet while trying to override things via CSS cannot relate to the theme. I hope this is clear.
To see this in action, let’s make a small exception. Please prepare a testing page with only one element you are trying to alter and share it with us.
Best Regards.
The theme is compatible with Wordpress 6.2?
Hello lucafratini – thanks for reaching out.
Yes, it is; you should have no issues with Engic and WordPress 6.2.
Best Regards.
In the Features List appears “revolution slider” but I can’t find the key in the theme documentation…
What’s wrong?
Hello panchoabalos,
As far as I can see, you got our reply in the ticket. Please use only our support system for anything else you may need, as we provide support only there. Thank you in advance

Why I can’t see the background video from mobile? I only can see an image

hi . can i use this theme for many domains , many times ?
Hi sondusz – thanks for your interest!
You need one separate license per installation/end product – https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard – the same goes for all themes here.
Best Regards.
Are there updates coming soon to push the updated visual page builder version? Also what is the typical update deployment timeline on this theme? I haven’t seen any for 4 months
Hi h743h – thanks for using Engic!
We will probably update the theme within the next couple of weeks. Note that we monitor all our themes and you should have no issues even though you don’t have the latest page builder’s version. You can check the theme’s changelog file here – https://euthemians.com/themes/updates/engic/

Hi, I have a pre sale question, is it possible to have icons associated with each project category so that on this page https://preview.themeforest.net/item/engic-a-sleek-multiuse-responsive-wp-theme/full_screen_preview/13989123?_ga=2.170415461.495442099.1642411276-890966649.1641304212 it show´s the project name and the icon of the category (instead on the category name)? And also is it possible to have juts 2 columns?
Hello colourinvasion – thanks for your interest.
Is it possible to send me the direct link for this as when you copy the URL with the TF frame bar it redirects to the homepage? Please try to navigate from this URL – https://euthemians.com/themes/engic/
Best Regards.
Hi, the example is this page https://euthemians.com/themes/engic/portfolio-grid-3-columns/ , but with 2 columns and instead of the category name we need to have the category icon. Something like this https://colourinvasion.pt/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/Action-scaled.jpg
Hi again!
You can have the 2-column layout but there is no built-in option to replace the name with an icon.
Best Regards.
Hi Guys… I’m receiving this message: Your theme (Engic) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Suggestions to fix this:
Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version. If you copied over a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again.
Hi there – thanks for reaching out.
We are aware of this and we are going to sort it out in the next theme release. You should have no issues in the front-end of your site so you can just ignore this. If you need any further assistance, don’t hesitate to contact our agents – https://euthemians.ticksy.com/
Best Regards.
Highly recommend… support is fabulous… theme is really well done… issues pop up, as they do in all… but customer support is key to dealing with those issues. Work with them, they work with you. awesome team.
Thank you so much for your amazing words
My pleasure, I really do appreciate your support.
