Hi, I installed this template at my domain name but I changed my company name and also the domain name. The website has not been live. I want to install the template at my new company domain name but it can’t. What can I do?

There is a critical error in the programming when I try to enter widgets and apparently there is another error with the intagram plugins and your support gives me an error I cannot report the error

Hi, I am struggling to access the Widgets area on my website. There’s an error message that comes up every time I click on Widgets: “There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.” I got in touch with my hosting provider but was told that there’s a compatibility issue between the theme and the WooCommerce module, and that they can’t provide any support. Could you advise, please?

In case that you are running latest WordPress version, please note that we haven’t tested our theme with WP 5.8 yet, however you can try using this plugin as a temporary solution if you run into issues with widgets on the latest WordPress version.

Just to confirm, once you’ve managed to test the theme with WP 5.8 and fix any errors that may arise, will existing theme users have to get a new licence or will they be able to update the theme for free? I tried the support system but it was having issue with logging in, it would just say waiting. Tried in three different browsers, cleared cache etc… still the same issue.

This is quite a limiting theme in terms of changing the layout of the sidebars for Woocommerce. The user experience is BAD on a mobile device if you use filters as the user has to scroll to the bottom of the page before they can make a filter decision and if the filter is on size, age and category the result is the user has to thumb down after ALL filtered products each time.
