Ok, i made it:) I needed to change .htmlentities and substr functions in template-homepage-f.php file. Here is code I did use: .htmlentities($photo->post_content,ENT_COMPAT,”UTF-8”). and mb_substr($homeslides,0,-1,’utf-8’);

Hi I need a little help too:/ I can’t use Polish letters in image titles. And I don’t know what causes that. Maybe Cufon or some js scripts but I can’t find any solution. Everywhere else it seemms to work properly, just not in the image title and description. So please tell me how to disable Cufon or what should i change to make it work.

Ps. I use utf-8 coding, and my database also use utf-8

i have worked around most of the issues but i really need some help with cropping thumbnails. this is what i am doing:

- open the image in ‘edit image’ - crop the big image on the left by dragging the crop tool across the image - click ‘apply changes to thumbnail only’ - click the crop button which crops the image - save the changes - update the image

and this doesnt update the thumbnail in the gallery. its still cropped in the old way. could you either:

- tell me what i am doing wrong

or

- tell me where to find the image that appears as the thumbnail in the gallery so i can manually crop them and re-upload them one by one.

HI, I am having a few problems. 1. I am not able to add the description on the home page as shown on the demo. I have added a fixed image but do not see a place to add description. 2. I want to embed a youtube video on the home page and when adding the i.d. I get a black page. 3. When trying to create an image galleries all the images in the media file are in each gallery. I am not seeing an insert into post button when I try to add an image to my gallery that is in my media folder. I am having to upload the same image 2 or 3 times in order to use it on multiple galleries.

I’ve been having issues getting any Google Maps plugin to work with the DK theme. Is there code I need to change to get this to work? I read in an unresolved wordpress forum that it is clashing because of the gmap.js file that comes with the DK theme. Thanks.

I just purchased DK excellent! I need to make the bottom of the logo transparent is this possible? for example, want DK is visible and the black becomes transparent with a PNG file

Ok, I have re-uploaded all my images so that first problem is gone but seeeeeeriously…..... The image order thing is driving me NUTS . I rearrange the image order by dragging them and then hit ‘save changes’ and it goes back to its old order. What am I missing here ?

I am having an issue with adding new images and galleries.

When i try to add new images to an existing gallery i get the message “Cheatin, uh?” I also get this message when trying to create a new gallery?

One more thing, I am trying to change the image order in a gallery and I move the image to the right spot in the “add new” menu and then hit “save changes” and “insert gallery” and then update the gallery but it goes back to the old order on the website.

Hi there. I uploaded images in PNG 24 format that are a bit too big and they are taking a long time to load. What would be the fastest way to process them to a smaller size. I want to try and avoid re-uploading everything if possible.
