I bought this to provide a website for my client, installed it but I found a lot of problems with it and compiled them on my Evernote but I don’t want to post it here for public. Can you please let me know your email ID or how to send my screenshots and comments to you.

I really like what your theme offers with regard to multi vendor capabilities. I do have a pre-sale question: I see that you have stated in some of the questions/comments that your theme supports the EDD Amazon S3 plugin for hosting files for customer downloads. Does your theme also support the EDD Dropbox storage plugin? I wanted to use that instead of the Amazon S3 plugin to host my store files.

Help me understand something about EDD paypal payment method. Is the list of authorized countries for paypal payment on EDD different from that for paypal payment on woocommerce? since I found a very limited list for EDD and a long list for Woocommerce talking about Paypal payment. As a result, I always hesitate to pay for your pretty and beautiful template. While I wanted to have a large list of countries around the world (europe, usa, asia, africa) that could pay on my future site. And my second concern is whether this site is already well secured for online sales or is there a plugin that the author recommends installing before any online sales start to avoid hackers. We didn’t set anything but Paypal. EDD plugin just integrated Paypal payment method else nothing. Which country will support or not Paypal will decide it.

Hi , Thanks for the reply. However my payment gateway is not listed in your list. But they do provide woocommerce plugin to integrate . So i managed to install particular plugin and managed to do the necessary configuration. But I dont see it has been linked to the digital download section.

Actually, WooCommerce and Easy Digital Download (EDD) are different platforms along with different functions. EDD is special for digital products. You can not integrate the WooCoomerce(WC) payment method into EDD plugin. As long as I know, EDD does not support WC payment gateway. So you need to install only EDD extension or EDD 3rd party extension.

I have installed the theme and imported the demo content. My work is in the Download Plugin but whenever I am trying to edit some content it is not reflecting on the frontend also if I am removing all the contents it still shows the original design. Many templates also showing broken on the frontend. Installation is done correctly and no stylesheet missing error is there.

Maybe some multi-vendor pages are not working costs of EDD Fron-end submission plugin. At first, you need to install EDD FES plugin to work them.
However, some contents you are removing but still appearing in the frontend. I think it’s maybe server issue because server might cache the content.

You can sell video and graphics in the same website.but you’ll face some trouble on the product archive page-

However, you do not need to purchase an extra licence for subdomains. You can also add another folder in the same domain and can install new WordPress with another demo, which we’ve done in our demo website.

Yes, you can but can’t play video like video demo. You have to use thumbnail instead of video in the graphics demo.
