Hi,
There’s a bug with your Portfolio Masonry element for WP Bakery. Whenever the page loads there is a lot of flickering going on and the items are not aligned correctly.
The only way they seem to align is when you change the browser’s zoom once the website is loaded. I have even installed a fresh copy of Wordpress without any extra plugins, imported your demos and the issue is still there (your demos actually use Portfolio Grid element rather than Portfolio Masonry – even the ones which are called Masonry: https://revolution.fuelthemes.net/revolution-portfolio-masonry/)
Tried downgrading Wordpress to different releases but the issue is still there.
Can you provide a fix for this please?

Hi, once again we are forced to use your theme as others take so much longer to deal with! ... just one issue keeps happening to the Secondary Area Header Button keeps dissapearing (settings in the button get wiped on the next save in the admin panel), any ideas?

Is it really not possible to order portfolio IDs in the portfolio grid by hand? it just works automatically which sorts new projects to the first place which is not always wanted. in the werkstatt theme there was the possibility to type in the order of portfolio IDs by hand.
Purchase code is not working! Same prompt appears when we try to activate the license. This shouldn’t be. What is the problem? We aren’t purchasing another license. This is the first time we’ve used the theme since we purchased over a year ago.

Since your customer service acumen is so poor, it may be difficult for you to absorb that we’ve ALREADY TRIED THAT!!! Your system ask for a stupid “domain” instead of simply asking for the “purchase code” to manage a license! That doesn’t work, nor does it make sense!! You trying to be sarcastically smart instead of helping your customers is even worse!! Don’t worry we won’t be buying another theme from you. EVER. I recall we had the same issue with you on Workstatt. If your going to sell to customers get a clue about how to retain some customer service!!
Themeforest needs to get this AUTHOR off of the platform. The theme is useless and so is support. If you have no updates, support or working license management model then sell off the theme and get OFF of Themeforest. Period.

How do I make the sub-footer logo a link? I tried this in the media section in WP for that logo but it still is either not a link or it ONLY links back to the home page.
You need to customize the footer template inside your child theme.
