When users access the site, can they automatically receive search results based on their current location?

The search will by default display the listings close to the current location (if the visitors allow geolocation javascript api to send the location), but you can not display the map with the nearest location as the first screen without doing the search first.

I have several doubts that I need to clarify before buying the theme.
1. Does it allow the payment of the monthly recurring subscription automatically and the user who has subscribed to the plan to download the invoice each month from his account?
2. Does it allow to use Page Builders like Elementor or bricksbuilder in the pages generated as LOCATIONS OR CATEGORIES to edit them?
3. In terms of SEO URL, does it allow combining locations and categories to generate a complete url such as /listing/location/category/singlelisting
4. Does it allow me to mark a listing as featured in any way?
5. Does it allow to modify the options to fill in to publish a listing?
I would appreciate a clear answer to decide to buy the theme

Please find the answers below:
1. The theme comes with WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin which allows recurring subscriptions.
2. It uses Bold Page Builder as static page builder. It does not support Elementor or Bricksbuilder.
3. This is not available out of the box
4. You can set the listing as featured and it will be displayed on top of the listing search results with the slightly thicker border.
5. You can customize the options on the level of individual category.

Presale Q: If I want to add description and more info in LISTING LOCATION page or LISTING CATEGORY page – is that possible? Add a block or something before the filter, or after, or the bottom.

2. Btw, is there a way to add different and ” LONGER ” description to each “location” or “categor”y that will not show up as excerpt? Now what I type into the description also goes to excerpt. I know one way to do it is to kill it completely with display: none and class=”folder-description” ? I would like to give it a long description of each location for SEO purposes but I dont want it to show on the list page. Is there any other way? Is there another way to do it?
3 What fields is this thing searching? titles, descriptions, input fields? What doesnt it search?
one more example of #1. In search box demo, when you type in “car repair in brooklyn” – nothing comes up. That is a problem. Your theme doesnt search out locations in search box without using drop down. That is a big issue because nobody uses drop downs
Q 4: I tried to use it and purchase a subscription. After purchase, nothing happens. Wouldn’t there be a link for a customer to add his details? Shouldnt that go to a page to fill out to start the profile? All I got is receipt and invoice of the order.

The Bello theme, nor any of the packaged plugins require license activation for usage, support and updates.
You have purchased the Belo theme and the purchase code you are using is related to the theme purchase.
You should not activate the licenses of packaged plugins individually – once you install them, they will all function normally.
The packaged plugin updates will come packaged with new releases of the theme you have purchased, Bello.
Just ignore the plugin activation screens and you will be fine.

We are not sure that we have understood a question – you can fill the content using wp-admin, the overall rating of specific listing is calculated based on individual ratings of the listing. Ratings are modified comments (extended with the title and the rating on top of the comment text.), so you can add them as such.

Hello, just a quick pre-sell question: what’s the number of listing items that you would suggest before slowing loading or visual problems? I’m asking this just to be sure because I need tu upload something like 10k listing and wanted to know if there was any kind of testing or example with that many items. ~ 5k listings is the upper limit in regards to performance of database searches on standard hosting environments with the out of the box theme functionality.
If you wish to use the theme for larger number of listings, you would need to have dedicated environment with more database power as well as caching on the object level.

Hi, I’m thinking of creating a brand db list, but in your demo, I don’t see clearly the options that your plugin is able to do.
For example, brands are all over the world and we only want to configure some topics and not all of them. I intended to do linked to international (not so focus on local map or location search). So I have some questions:
1. Is it possible to remove the location search field or any other field we don’t need?
2. Is it possible to create a listing of brands with a table view? (Just the Old Fashion way to layout display, it’s easier, simple and faster… The table view, we should be able to set up the columns with the topics we want to display. Also the number of fields, by page (20, 50, 100, 200)
3. In these listings is there a possibility to add categories or hashtags for topics related to that brand list? (so people will find product type tag or category according to what they search and not the location)
4. Is there a possibility to create a table with annual voting, for each company? And at the same time have a global cumulative vote (of all the years).
5. Also another field “where to buy?” .. just inside a list of places to people that need something can buy in that website list (according to country)
6. Would be interesting if, in some way, we can connect to those brands official social networks to check the Number of Fans / Followers by each brand. So we also can rank them.
Maybe you don’t have these options… so I hope can be developed because will be new ideas

Also, each requirement would require a significant customization of the existing features which involves a deep understanding of the existing architecture and code base. At the end it would be more feasible to build the functionality you require from the scratch.

I also cannot get Google maps to connect. The documentation is out of date for how Google does it now, will that be updated?

There are two places where you need to add the respective Google Maps API key – one is Appearance > Customize > Listing Map > Google Maps API (which, according to your description seems to be correct now) and also in Listing > Categories > _listing_root > Custom Fields.
There you should find the entry api_key. Please make sure that the api key below is the same as the one defined in the theme Customizer.

My question is if i buy and install Bello, it will automatically compliance with existing listings or We need to add all existing listings manually ? is there anyway to migrate or import export from ListingPro to Bello? We are not familiar with data structures ListingPro uses to store listings, so we can not provide a definite answer.
Anyhow, in general you can probably use https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-all-import/ and https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-all-export/ for data migration, although this will, most certainly, be a demanding task. You will need to map the data structures of ListingPro to data structures of the Bello in the process.
If this is a show stopper, please let us know and we will approve a refund.

We are not sure how to respond to the how fast is your theme question – on our demos we haven’t used caching plugin and optimized the images, JS and CSS (by combining them and defer load them) etc…
By using caching plugins you can certainly achieve better results, but how better it really depends on a range of factors…
Unfortunately, the theme does not support vendors (traders) without fixed location. You can choose to use the theme layout without the map on search results and listing details pages.
Yes the traders can log in and manage their own listings.

Hi BoldThemes,
We’ve been using this theme on a clients website and we did some custom coding to add some extra options within a Metabox I believe, the custom fields within the listing custom post type. But i’m not sure if there’s been a change, I can no longer amend these/remove them.
I’m sure this will be because the theme needs updating etc. i’m just checking there isnt something stupid that i’m missing.

We have updated the newest version of the theme and the Bello plugin etc. Still no clearer how I edit the custom meta boxes. I can’t find where I did it before. I have a feeling that there was an option available in the backend that I can no longer see.
I’m assuming its not because we need a license for Meta Box?

The custom fields are managed in the Listings > Categories when you edit single category. There is a field called Custom fields which enables you to define fields for listings belonging to a specific category.
You do not need any additional license for Meta Box in order to do that.

Hello, 1. can I include multiple restaurants(like a 100) and then lets customers subscribe to one of the restaurants and chose their meals for a whole mount? 2. can I make each restaurant to modify their settings. For example, restaurant A does not allow customers to leave a comment on the unwanted ingredients. 3. When a customer subscribe to a restaurant can it shows the restaurant selected on a separate page and let subscribers to change and select their meals?

Hi,
I tried to run website with php 8.0 and has broke. I found the issue is related with woocommerce subscriptions plugin. After disable plugin the website runs without issues. Seems to be 20% faster with php 8.0 and WP 5.9.
