Hi, I’ve found an interesting bug.
When you are on a Page and go to the top bar ’ Edit with WP Bakery ’ it usually links to an incorrect page, not the one you are currently working on.
Eg I am currently working on my home page, I am in front end builder, I go to the top of the screen and hit ’ Edit with WP Bakery ’.
The Url thats being generated is not for the page you are working on but usually a random asset, ie an Album Cover or Blog post.
I’ve had this happen on a few different pages now and it seems to be consistent.

Hi, I just purchased the theme. There are no templates to drag and drop to build a website for recond theme.
How do I get a refund for this theme? If you are going to use WP Bakery you should always include drag and drop templates for coders, but instead everything is manual.

That’s an internal CodePen URL. I would think the solution here is to remove it from your code, as it’s really not meant to be used off-CodePen.

Hi, just a few quick pre-purchase questions… does this theme resize and support mobile/smartphone and tablet view? (couldn’t see one on live preview)

Hi! Thank you for the reply and answers, looks great! One last question, I just viewed the demo site on my phone and note that the first main page slider image is cropped so you can only see a third of the guy’s head. Would your support be able to assist in correcting this so all slider images resize to fit once I purchase your theme? Thanks again!
Hello. It depends on the image your are using. The desktop images size is 1900×1000 and the mobile viewport width is the 360px. Which gives approximately 360×175 image on a mobile without cropping (it is too small by height), so the cropping required to fit image by height of the container.

Hi, Do I need to contact support through here (Envato) every time I reply to an email from support? I received an email from support on Monday asking for wp admin access, saying they would reply in 24 hours. 1) In most cases almost any theme can be used as one-page theme. You are simply creating only one page and setting anchors in a menu if needed. Our theme also allows it.
2) Yes, WPBakery page builder allows to display WooCommerce items on any page.

Mail chimp no longer displays form within footer…. copying code form from mailchimp does not display the form either as that is displayed is the “[mc4wp_form id=”806”]” shortcode. any advice on this? was working till the recent updates…
