We purchased this theme awhile ago. Is there a way to track ad clicks?

If you run the Ad from the backend Wordpress dashboard though, then it doesn’t appear in the user dashboard? How can i track ads that i run from the backend?

Hi I submitted a question regarding the ads but have not received a reply? I can see you can create your own ads, but am not able to see statistics if we create the ad from backend?

Hello I’ve got a pre-sale question about the event theme. Is there a possibility to add an event and make it recurring from the event page. For example you ad one event and add multiple event dates from the back-end event. So it will be visible mulitple times each for every date when browsing the event listings. Please let me know, thanks in advance!

This theme is not compatible with PHP 8 apparently. It’s a shame.

YES

This will depends on what payment gateway you use. It has nothing to do with EventPro.

4. What are reports?

Please share a screenshot of what reports you are referring to.

Sorry there is no such feature.

Hello, I have a couple of questions before buying. I need any user can add listings without having to register. Is this possible? I’d also need to hide packages because I’m only going to need the free one. Can I do this? Is there a front end dashboard for administrators or do they need to use wordpress dashboard ? Thank you!

2.Yes, you can remove the pricing plan feature.
3. Yes, you’ll need to use wordpress dashboard since ListingPro theme is a wordpress dedicated theme. There are three daashboard, for admin, listing owners and visitors that want to sign in

Does this theme support RTL Languages Arabic?

ListingProWP doesn’t officially support RTL. You can download a 100% translated file of the Arabic language here https://github.com/listingprowp/Localization/tree/master/Arabic. As for converting your theme to RTL, you may google How to make a WordPress theme RTL and follow the instructions.

Is it possible to add call and chat buttons like this one does?

This is of course the listing archive and I would need the same buttons to appear in the relevant listing details.

I would also need to be able to create an archive of only the advisors which are online.

3. You can’t separate the online/ open listings but you can filter them with Advanced Search Filter -> https://docs.listingprowp.com/knowledgebase/how-search-filter-work/

When you say yes, I can add the call now button. Is there documentation on how to do that?

I was poking around in the backend demo and I couldn’t figure out how to add anything custom at all to either the listing archive or the listing detail.

I would like to try to add a small image or something as a placeholder in the demo just to see how easy it is.

In working with the backend demo, I was concerned that it was not possible to add anything custom to the listing in either the archive or detail.

I have a pre sales query, for any listing website there will be two parties 1. Who is listing their business. 2. Other party who would be using the business services.

Is there any separate login and dashboard for both parties?

When on Places Pro homepage and click on category Shop then resize the browser to it’s smallest size (Mobile View). Then resizing the browser to full screen. All listing data is gone. I tried this in many browsers and another laptop. All the same. Supports says it’s not a fault in the template it must be cache problem on server or my browser. Does anybody else have the same problem as me? Is it me or is it the template?

I would like to use the Places Pro demo but it’s not possible this way.
