There is no option to get support by selecting this product. The theme demo import is problematic because it imports the entire template without asking which specific demo is needed. Internal pages have different headers. The imported demo still has some bugs, such as the footer area being completely missing.

We bought the Charitious Theme some days ago. I tried to install the theme and demo content which should have been smooth. But, I have been facing the following issues.
1. The auto installation fails with this error. However, if we install required plugins individually and then try auto setup, it seems to work fine.
2. After the auto setup is done, the homepage has the following error. Here are the configurations that I am running the project on: Wordpress: 6.3.2, however I tried with lower versions ie 5.7.. The plugins did not support that wordpress version. I also tried with 6.2., it had the same error. Serve Php: 7.4.30, however I tried with 8.2.*, it had the same error. Plugins versions: I also tried updating all, but it did not seem to resolve the issue. Charitious Assistance: 1.2 Contact Form 7: 5.8.2 Elementor: 3.17.1 ElementsKit Lite: 3.0.0 FundEngine – Donation and Crowdfunding Platform: 1.6.4 Kirki Customizer Framework: 5.0.0 MetForm: 3.7.0 Unyson Custom: 2.8.0 WooCommerce: 8.2.1
3. This theme was not updated after August 2022, but the plugins were updated in 2023, that’s may be a problem.

I’ve just purchased your theme, but unable to import the demo content. Once I click on the import button it shows that “Zip Extension missing”. Please help.
Install zip extension on your server. If you are not sure how to do that contact your hosting provider or contact us on our support with your cPanel access.
