On Cygni text box, does anyone know why when I press the “return key” on my mac, it does not move the cursor to the next field? I need to break my sentences while typing because I wanted to put bullet points. I know it works on a normal text box, but I wanted to make it happen on the the cygni text box.

I’ve been trying to install the Cygni theme and then import the DEMO after installing all necessary plug-ins, but here is what I get after installation:

[ERROR] Failed to import “One Click Demo Import – log_file_2020-07-28__18-56-07” (Media)

Same happens with Manual import as well as “One Click Demo Import”.

How can we sort this issue?

Hi. We have been communicating with each other by email about adding some CSS code, but it’s all taking a bit long and you keep telling me you can’t reach our website. Though we all Mezcla Arq House’s team members and friends and family can without any problem…

We really need this changes and don’t know how to proceed.

Changes we need and been talking about with you guys are…

1. Remove the “next project” section at the bottom of every portfolio entry. We’ve used one of your showcase layouts for this matter and would like to remove the automated one.

2. Another background color for the fullscreen menu and “loading” page. From black to #969678

3. Set a transparent color for the project titles. So they don’t show, but the site’s SEO doesn’t get impaired.

4. Make the first part of each portfolio project (where the first Information appears) quite smaller.

Also, is there any way to embed videos in vertical format? Whenever I try to they get aumatically cropped.

Please respond to us so we know how to proceed and can get things done. Otherwise we will have to use another template since we really need our website done.

Hi! I am thinking about buying this theme for the portfolio. But I need an answer first. I will be very thankful! I want every “project” post to be replaced by a page. For example, I want “Web design” instead of “single project name” and I want this to lead to a page that I can edit with elementor and put as many images inside as I want of different websites that i have made. Can I do this with still designating a header image that will display on the home page? Probably not possible but decided to ask. I really like the home page.

Issue: Home page doesn’t load on Apple devices

- Home page takes like 40+sec to load on Apple devices

- But if we load any other page then navigate to the home page it loads fairly fast

As a UI/UX designer I think this theme is one of the best what I ever seen on themeforest. Well done, really nice work!!! I would definetly buy this theme but I found some UX issue on mobile version. I think in 2020 mobile is the most popular browsing device so the well optimalization is really important.

Here is what I found:

1. Index pages components dosen’t fit in one screen. This is a really confusion and not too user friendly thing for me. I have to scroll down or tap once on safari header, to see the whole site with all components. I would like to see everything when the loading is complete, without scrolling or tap. Can you fix this in the future?

2. Menu issue: When I’m tapping on the plus symbol in the menu, the “Home” caption sliding under the logo and it’s look a little bit strange. I think sliding down could be fix this issue. Sometimes the full screen menu not fit the whole screen.

I have attached a short vide and some screenshoot from my problems. Tested on iPhone X.

I’m currently looking into your theme and I have some technical questions.

• How do you handle the scripts init after page transitions? (since you are using barba.js in the theme) As far as I understand, barba turns the website into some sort of SPA – where the header and footer remain static and the body is inserted using JS. This being said, it could cause incompatibilities with certain widgets which are relying on JS. So, how did you manage to handle this challange?
• Does your theme include support for any type of JS/AJAX based content?
• Are custom made animations supported?
