Yes I have submitted the ticket, Can you please check ? I checked with the hosting and all are working fine ( my other websites are also working fine which is on same hosting). And I have noticed a website which is also using AVE theme has same issue. Can you please help to sort out this issue soon ?

Hello guys,
I have the following issue: Google Page Speed doesn’t like it that the logo doesnt have a fixed height and width. How can I do that? There is no option to set a fix width or height. In other themes that change always made a big difference in page speed. Would be nice if there is a easy workaround for it.

Hi, I’d like to use the theme for a new project, but I need an option to display images, which change on hover. Means image1 will disappear on hover and image2 is visible.. Normally a simple issue but I did not find it in demos. Just found, text and background changing on hover..

When trying to activate the theme (I’ve bought it less than a week ago), I get an error “Purchase code is invalid”. I’m sure everything is correct. I’ve submitted a ticket (#10946), but it’s still being processed.
I see the issue has been sorted already 
The theme says that my purchase code is invalid! I purchased in 2018 and just downloaded it again from here and it doesn’t appear to work?
It was a temporary issue and should be fine already, feel free to submit a ticket if you need further help
Can you please provide an update for the theme? WooCommerce told “Your theme (Ave) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce.”
I am using WooCommerce 6.1
Ave works fine with WooCommerce 6.1, you can ignore that message.
On a separate note, we’ll release an update shortly.

Looking at the Portrait Demo, is that horizontal widget customizable much? I don’t like the grab and drag navigation, can it be changed to scroll or move with a visual signifier like an arrow? Same with it’s mobile version?

Hello. After a while enjoying your template, we want to change the style a bit and I would like to use the ROBOTO font from Google fonts, but in the Ave theme configuration I do not see the font options nor do the options to import custom fonts open

I upload ROBOTO Medium as a custom font, but doesn’t appear in the Font Family seccion. This remains in gray, cannot be clicked
