There is some issues with responsiveness in Mobile RTL version of the site. The contact info from header is not responsive also in mobile menu some text from website body is overlapping over the menu. I sent a support email. Please check . Waiting for a reply and a fix asap.

We have recently purchased another license for the Batiment theme and installed the theme and child theme, when I add the purchase code it does not do anything or accept it for me to continue on to setting up the site.

We purchased yet another license today and ran into the same problem as last time where the purchase code does not activate the theme.
We still have a few more upcoming websites to build with this same theme which we are still going to purchase. Could you please assist in this issue and let us know how to resolve the issue as it costs us a lot of time.
This is the 3rd license we got and still have a few more to buy in the next few weeks as we build one site every few days with this theme. Every time we have to contact support to help with this exact problem.

I just updated the theme to version 2.3.3 and all the customization options that were in appearance > customize have disappeared, I had also worked many hours on customizing the home page and the changes have been lost despite having worked about the child theme, luckily I did a security copy previously and have been able to restore it, anyway I would like to be able to have the theme in the latest version and keep the changes I made as well as the customization options, can you help me? Thank you!

Hi I purchased the theme and after I installed it, it is still showing me the old version of WP bakery. that is 6.2 and latest version is 6.7 Even Slider revolution is the old version. How do I get it to updated to the latest version?

Hi I got this as a free download and have tested it and it is really good. I would like to use it in a website so was planning to purchase it. Just wanted to confirm if I buy it then there are regular updates more specifically to update the dependent plugins like slider revolution and WPbakery. I feel very insecure when such dependent plugins are not updated rather in this case when the theme author does not release an update in time. Had this problem earlier so I prefer customizing the wordpress templates and use cheaper slideshow or other plugins that are much simpler and serve my purpose. If you release updates regularly then I would love to buy it and use it. I have successfully been able to customize the theme to match the design I was looking for quite easily. I just hope we could test all templates this way before buying it make it so much less stressful that buying a template first and then struggling to customize it according to your needs.

That is great I just purchased your theme. I hope you will help with the customization. Like in some layouts there is no way to remove the “Get quote” button. I have been asked if it can be removed. In the future I may have to remove it. I can easily edit it but when I am using a theme I don’t like to alter any of the themes code. Ideally I wish you would take this feedback as a customer and add an option to simply disable the “get quote” button from the redux options. Otherwise please guide on the best way to remove the “get quote” button so when you update the theme it will be easy to make the edits again. Thanks and this is a great theme ofcourse with a little room for improvement like I mentioned.
Theme option has option to disable it. Simply remove get quote button text from admin it will be disable.
WOW!! I tested in a copy on the local host and it works. This makes this theme even better. As far as I remember I did not see it in the documentation. But maybe i must have missed it. You can add it in the documentation if its not there. So I hoping that if I leave all the fields blank(that is email, phone, Address) they will also no appear. Your theme does not support RTL languages. Why did the whole content go to the right of Russian? Did you fix the same problem in Hebrew? Urgently need to repair the site in Russian! He is already on the first pages of Google.

Is that possible to do ? And then how to change the footer background color.. I tried using RS Option – Style – Global Style – Footer Bg Color but it didn’t work. Also when I highlight text, the color are still orange/yellow, already changed primary color to blue but didn’t work either, honestly the color settings are REALLY confusing.. Hello, scrolling down on microsoft Edge snaps when header is changing to sticky. It only works smooth on homepage, other sites such as blog, about us are affected. Issue is prevalent on live preview demo as well so you can check it and fix it, please. When resizing Edge window to somewhat mobile resolution then design seems to block scrolling down totally.
Besides that I appreciate the design, everything seems well built and design is consistent with all elements. It is simple and responsive.

Why you tired with custom CSS? You can do all color change form RS Options then Style and Button tab. Please check. Thanks

In the header there is call us and Address is there any way to customize it and add an extra line. Or can it be turned into a widget? Also can the quote section be removed? I see different header options but there is not option for style1 without the quote button.
