Rankmath is an external plugin and I believe it works with independently, irrespective of a theme you’re using. We haven’t tested it with our theme though. Our theme scores high with out any external /paid plugin.

I’m not sure what you wanted to refer. Please check all demos. Whatever is there in our demo, you’ll get them all. The theme also includes Slider Revolution plugin (under extended license) which you can use to create sliders on any banner (if that’s the thing you tried to mean).
Thanks. I mean a carousel on the main page in the top under the main menu. All 20 main pages contain a fixed big titles. Just to know if the theme accept a carousel with big titles that can be inserted on the header of the top main page just under the main menu? Thanks
Yes you can put a slider/carousel on banner using Slider Revoltion plugin. We didn’t use it because most buyers ask for Good speed and slider revolution some times slows down site because of its extensive js library.

Yes all our themes are compatible with PHP 8.0. In fact we run them with php 8.0 in our hosting accounts.

Hello, I just bought your theme and a few basic things are missing in your theme.
First, how to change logo size to make it properly fit in the header. I have to manually edit the logo to correct size and then upload it.
Second, how to change global colours of your theme.

However, you can change those things by following below process:-
1) You can change logo size from ‘Theme Options > Header > General > Header Common Settings’. Please check:- https://prnt.sc/sdPNKmV0LxRI
2) Since theme is not using any unique color and multiple colors applied on multiple demos, so you need to change color from elements instead globally.
3) You can change normal tab color by adding below CSS code on ‘Theme Options > Custom CSS’:-
.page-id-YOUR PAGE ID .rt-tab.element-one > ul.nav-tabs > li { background-color: PROVIDE COLOR CODE AS PER YOUR CHOICE; }

Hi, I bought the theme about 2 years ago but I didn’t use it and didn’t ask about any help yet now. Now I wanted to use it. I have few question that how can I change the full colour of the theme?
Just a heads up…..Newer versions of Elementor conflicts with your theme. I’m not sure if you are aware of that. So I need to keep the Elementor plugin outdated in order not to have issues like this one: Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class ‘Elementor\Scheme_Typography’ not found in /home/customer/www/sitename.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/radiantthemes-addons/widgets/custom-button/class-radiantthemes-style-custom-button.php:267
It’s an old and solved issue. You need to update radiant addons plugin. Just delete it and reinstall it from Appearance -> Radiant Plug-ins section.

I’ve purchased your theme long time ago, but never used really, now trying to set up on a newly purchased domain but import doesn’t work.
The system shows that the import is DONE correctly, but no pages/files/etc downloaded and available.
What could be the reason? upload_max_filesize?

There could have various reasons including Hosting settings. It’s recommended to use https://wordpress.org/hosting if you suspect any issue with your current hosting. We have tested import in Gcloud/aws/lightsail/Siteground/Bluehost etc and everywhere it works perfectly where server was properly setup.
if you wish us to check your installation, you may renew theme support and open a ticket with your site and hosting access.
I’ve tried to install on another domain (hosting) and the same issue. Demo data just doesn’t upload from your server. Is it possible to receive demo data as a zip file?
There is no such issue. as mentioned earlier, you need to use recommended server with right setting. As we can’t check it from comments section so it’s futile to write here. Demo data is not available as zip, as it’s only accessible after theme activation. Check if cURL is active in your hosting. We’re not hosting experts, but I can assure that with wordpress recommended hosting or any stable hosting no one faces any problem.

Thank you for your kind words. We haven’t tested it with Buddypress but it should be compatible, except buddy press theme stylizing won’t work.

With over optimization certain section can break as they combine/minify js/css. If certain section breaks then you may uncheck minify/combine js/css OR you can exclude those js/css which are getting affected.
Almost all cache plugins have exclude js/css option. There is no certain rule to follow. A setting might work for us and might not work for you. So you can select/deslect option to check which setting works for you.
Time to time you may also need to clear cache and make sure cache expiry is set to 0 (unlimited).
Dear radiantthemes, i installed “WP-Optimize – Cache, Clean, Compress.” plugin but suddenly crashed some of my website’s section like Testimonials and progress bar.. then i deactivated it but still im facing the problem..so should i do ? is there any solutions ?

Yes all graphics and assets come with the theme demo import.
Does this work with Godaddy I am trying with your recommended php settings and I keep getting screen time-out errors. The agents at GoDaddy has tried to help to no avail.
Any theme works with any hosting provided they have required settings. As you have used and imported ryse demos before so you know it does, so please adjust your settings as recommended for the theme and use better hosting which provides better cpu and ram share. Godaddy is not very famous for giving proper resources to accounts (if you search for Godaddy review you’ll find plenty of such proof).

This skin does not work with fonts, it cannot be changed. I have such a message: “Your Google Fonts are out of date. In order to update them you must register for Redux to enable updates. Register to enable font updates. (learn more)”

A Google Font API key needs to be generated for this. Please look into the following steps to create the API key:-
1. Go to https://console.developers.google.com/projectselector/apis/credentials 2. Select a project or start a new project. 3. On the left side of the screen go to ‘Credentials’ tab and click on ’+ Create Credentials’ and choose ‘API key’. https://prnt.sc/26nqocb 4. Copy the given API key. 5. From the left side of the screen go to ‘Dashboard’, and click on ’+ ENABLE APIS AND SERVICES ’ and search ‘Web Fonts Developer API’. https://prnt.sc/26nqqtv https://prnt.sc/26nqr1e 6. Press ‘Enable’ button. https://prnt.sc/26nqrnf Now that the API key is enabled and copied, please go to your Theme Folder using ftp tool like Filezilla or Hosting cPanel and access ‘wp-content/themes/ryse/inc/redux-framework/options-init.php’ file and paste the copied API key for ‘google_api_key’ on line 32 in between the single quotes and save the file.
