How do customers search within their region if there are no listings in their specific city? I just want them to be able to find listings within a certain radius. I can’t add every city in the USA to the locations.

On the demo home page, in the search bar, under “What” a short dropdown list appears (Breakfast, Cafes, Fast Food, Seafood). Where does this list come from and how is it configured? Are these tags or features?
Also on the home page, below the search bar are 3 buttons (Automotive, Beauty & Spa, Restaurant). Are these categories? Are all categories with listings shown? If not, how are these buttons configured?

I have inherited a site from someone – they purchased a license and built the site, we need access to the license but they wont give it up – do I need to purchase another license and if so, would I be able to use that new license on the new site without having to rebuild it?
