Hi, I bought the linoor theme. Quite frankly its a good theme but i think its unfair to shut me out just because i am asking for how to fix the color circle progress bar haven fixed every other thing. Compelling me to renew support just because of this one thing isn’t a fair deal to a loyal customer. I am just about to purchase your oslim theme as a further commitment to layerdrops yet i get this from you guys. Well, i have eventually sorted it but will still go ahead to buy the oslim theme. Thats what loyal customers do and not the other way round. I will update you with evidence of purchase as soon as i do that. Thanks all the same.

We’re sorry about that. But you’ve to understand this is themeforest policy. If customers need help they should be able to pay for that as well. We’re dealing the same way with all our customers, If their support has expired they can get simple help but when it comes to technical support they have to renew their support and get our help for the next 6 month in just a few dollars. how can i change the url for the services ,i want to create custom pages for srvices that should be linked to the services card but there is no option to change the url or no option to add a relevent page to the services
You can make service details with elementor like other pages. As service cards are coming with service custom post so it’s not possible to update links with others.

You can easily download the Linoor font. Here are the main font names: Teko, Rubik, Barlow, Kumbh Sans, DM Sans, Oswald

We don’t use any custom sliders. It is pre packed as a custom elementor addon built with an owl carousel (main slider). So when you import demo data it will automatically install and show a slider.

You didn’t understand what I meant. I mean, what you wrote down as a client will be changed to an artist. I don’t want to indicate what the customer has purchased in the portfolio, I want to show the artist’s name. You just let me change the name of the “client”.

I’m impressed with the overall design of your theme… well done!, however, this has to be the most confusing theme i’ve worked with till date.
The main purpose of using Elementor as a page builder is obviously for ease: drag-drop-edit but instead with your theme, there is an extra learning curve and a whole lot of messing around with child-theme and FTP file (not useful at all).
Your documentation is vergue and videos are of poor quality, your theme has potentian but not easy to use on the fly.
I’ll give it anoth few hours before I request a refund… not what is expected from a theme with Elementor at it’s core.

We made our theme with section base editing on elementor. We have tested our theme properly on all mobile devices. It is very easy to use on elementor, You can drag and drop all the sections easily. The fact you continue to insist your theme is bug-free when mentioned by a customer says a lot about you as an author.
I have as a matter of fact been purchasing from Envato since 2011, I’ve gone through a fair number of themes and plugins and had support from vendors more established than yourself. Going off the tone of your responses in the comment section, it is pretty obvious how little you care about providing support—you are quick to start with “Your support has expired”, a terrible approach in my opinion.
I purchased the Linoor – Digital Agency theme less than 48hrs ago, installed it, and discovered issues including responsiveness in mobile, issues with the count-down counter. Your poor documentation with hardly any volume to understand what you are trying to explain. Your theme edits involved making changes to the child theme, there is no longer the convenience of the use of Elementor as a drag and drop builder.
When I reached out shortly after purchase and installation, you were quick to jump to the conclusion that I will be receiving no refunds! You forget some very simple facts, as an end-user and consumer is protected from Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations especially from vendors like yourself regardless of your assumption and hiding behind the “Envato refund policy”
This will be my last correspondence on this matter, I have raised a dispute ticket for a refund alongside a ticket to your support theme. I’d forfeit my long relationship with Envato and Theme Forest if they rule in your favor overlooking the facts. I can easily recover my refund via my financial institution but I am extending you the courtesy.
