Hi, I bought this theme in 1919, at that time I had a lot of trouble making things work and I did not receive proper support. Finally I managed to fix things on my own and I haven’t had issues until today (7/11/2024). Theme galleries stopped working overnight, you can see thumbnails but big images won’t upload. My support has expired but this is a theme issue so I am hoping you can help me anyway. I am trying to register with my purchase code but you won’t let me. I hope this time you can help me.

Hi, There is an important security update on the WP Bakery Builder plugin, do you plan to update the theme soon?
I bought the “Nixe” theme, which uses the WP BakeryBuilder. However, I cannot update it myself because I have not purchased a separate license, but only if you as the license holder do so. My question: How often will there be updates to the theme and will the BakeryBuilder also be updated, or do I have to buy a separate license?

We have a problem with this theme – after installing the current version of wordpress your theme doesn’t work anymore.

hello, I updated yesterday to wp5.8.2 but the nixe theme ask me the purchase code i found in my space on themeforest, i paste it from the regular license but cannot update it. is it normal ? how can I fix it ?
i use wordpress with theme-child and theme in a subdirectory.

2) Yes, we have plans to add the Elementor support, but can’t promise when it will be.
3) You can use the button shortcode inside the key details or the content section to link your contact form page.
